Angi5Great! They were very responsive and quick. We called and were able to get an appointment for the next day. They said that they'd be here between 8 and 12, and they were here by 8:30. They knew exactly what to do and started working right away. Within 20 minutes, they had replaced not only the broken spring, but also the other spring that hadn't broken (yet). Their prices were very reasonable, and they were very courteous. And I like that they are a local company. We would definitely recommend them! Services Rendered: One of the springs in our garage door broke, and they replaced it.

Angi5i checked Angies List for garage door installation/repair providers. The first I called off of the list wanted 650.00 for a pair of "coated" door springs with a 5 year warranty. The price seemed high even though it was rated very well on the list. The second one that I called never even bothered to return my call. Even though I explained that my cars were trapped in the garage and gave my cell number. I called again the following morning after 9am, no answer. Left my number again and still no return call. It seems that a previous review had the same issue with that company. Pinckney Door Sales however exceeded my expectations. I called at 10:30am was told that they would be out between 1 and 3 and they were. The door springs were installed within 20 min. without incident. Would definitely recommend them. Services Rendered: Installed new garage door springs.

Angi5The guys came and were professional. They got right to work, answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves and it was awesome. I would call them again and would absolutely recommend them. Services Rendered: The guys came out for a service call, they were right on time, explained their findings. Gave me pros and cons of fixing/new. No pressure. They took measurements and I called and let them know I wanted new and a week or so later my new door and opener were installed.

Angi5We described the "symptoms" on the phone and they came out within a couple of hours to do a temporary fix so we could use the door, while they ordered new springs. They were prompt, efficient, and helpful. When the new springs came in they called to set up a new appt. and installed them the next day. Services Rendered: The spring on our garage door broke and needed to be repaired.

Angi5The guys who did the installation arrived on time, were very professional and took care of the job in an outstanding manner. One of them even walked way down the street just to see how much range the new system had. There will probably be others in nearby condos who will experience this same problem due to someone's new electronic "toy". I will make a point to tell all of them what a great job these folks did to solve this problem for me. Services Rendered: The range of my garage door remotes (all four of them) were reduced significantly just after Christmas. I put new batteries in all four of the remotes and none would open the garage door from more than a few feet away and often they did not work at all.....SOOOOOO, I contacted Pinckney Garage Door Company to come out and take a look. They felt that the loss of signal was due to someone in our neighborhood installing some new gadget that interfered with my signal. That is probably the case since it happened right after Christmas. Pinckney Garage Door Company installed a special circuit board in my door opener design to alleviate this issue and it worked just great!!! Now I can operate my garage door from five or six condos away.
