Google1Had a Spring replaced that they installed 6 months prior, and had the cable and drums and bearings replaced for $721!! They also asked for a TIP and charged an illegal service fee of $50.23 for using a debit card! They also upgraded the door opener without prior consent, which they took the wiring back with them, leaving the old wiring. Worst. Company. Ever.

Google1One of the worst repair service I had, totally unprofessional, technician showed up to fix the door, he replaced the spring and fixed the wire, then found out the garage opener is not working, when I asked why you did not inspected before he said I am here to change the spring only and that I can use the door manually. his supervisor is worse, the asked for a cash payment with fake receipt. I do not recommend them and really not worth even calling them for an estimate.lesson learned.

Google4Responded quick and repair done in a timely fashion. I was not told paying by credit would incur a 4% charge until the end, something I didn’t appreciate. Also felt some of the supplies (rollers and cables) were over priced. But overall ok
