Google5Very pleased with the prompt and courteous service I received. Both my garage doors had issues, the electric clickers weren’t working and one door the spring and wire were shot. Within two hours time both doors were fixed better than new. I had no mess to clean up. The charge was pricey, but worth every penny to be safe. Highly recommend their service.

Google5We had a repair done by Best Garage Door Repair at one of our properties recently and the tech arrived on time and prepared to assess the damage and do the repair in one visit. Price was competitive and workmanship was excellent. Five stars!

Google5We can't say enough about our experience with Annapolis Best Garage Door Repair! They were very responsive and showed up on a Sunday. We were given a 2-hour window and Ken called to let us know when he was 30 minutes out. We won't hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

Google2I don’t write reviews, but I lost sleep on this decision. Service was good and technician was good, albeit really late. There was no effort to suggest ways to save money. This is a central dispatch / aggregator company of some kind; it wasn’t Annapolis but Williamson Best Garage Doors that showed. In researching pricing afterwards; their markup on parts (e.g. openers, belts, track, and a spring) was more than 100% markup compared to buying and installing through home improvement stores. eg. $700 vs <$300 for a mid-grade Chamberlain opener. I easily spent $1000 more than I needed to on the 2 opener installations and $250 more on a spring repair. Labor rates were not as out of range but still on high end. The price gauging on the parts/openers is outrageous and I am so disappointed; I don’t feel that I got the value for the $$ and pricing was not competitive as noted in reviews. Lesson learned. The tech said the company needs to make money but a 10-20% markup is reasonable not 100% plus. I should have just taken the estimate and got other quotes, but based on the reviews, so many indicated competitive and reasonable pricing (not the case). Take caution on the reviews and do your own research and if it’s not an emergency repair get other quotes. Also, the actual service company may not be Annapolis Best Garage Door Repair.

Google2Scheduling an appointment was easy and the technician was friendly so giving 2 stars. My opener was having issues over the weekend, it kept getting stuck and needed 2 or 3 attempts before opening all the way. I noticed a few bolts were loose so I tightened them which improved performance. When the tech arrived on Monday, he watched and listened to it but said everything sounded great, he would love to tell me that there was something to fix but said it seems in good condition. Then offered to do a general service which I thought would be great. Turns out that general service consists of tightening the bolts (again) and spraying WD-40, less than 5 min of work and cost $99 plus a $30 service fee. I may use their service again but ONLY if an actual repair is needed, I will never pay for a "general service" again.

He was kind, courteous and took the time to answer ALL of my questions and looked over my older system after installing the new system. He gave me an honest assessment of what to look for in routine maintenance. Stop searching and give these folks a call.

Google5Very pleased with Annapolis Best Garage Door Repair. Izzy, the tech, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was running a few minutes late on a previous job and took the time to call me and let me know he would be a little late. That was wonderful! He tuned up and lubricated our garage door system, which sounded like a train, and it worked great. The price was right and he explained what he was doing and why. Also pointed out some things we should watch for. I highly recommend this company!

Google5Annapolis Best Garage has been excellent to work with on both occasions required. The first visit was a repair which was quick and easy. The cost was explained and did not change. The second occasion was a garage door replacement. The repairman was professional and courteous. He stayed late until the job was completed. I would recommend this company and their employees to anyone looking for garage repair/replacement.

Angi5Excellent. Our garage door would not open, it is very heavy steel and it could not be lifted. Both cars were in the garage and it is Sunday night. My wife is scheduled for surgery on Monday and we really wanted to be able to drive our own cars. Annapolis Best Garage Door Repair arrived right on time, Ken (the technician) was very professional, a hard worker, and really knew what he was doing. He was friendly, explained everything, and made sure the job was done right. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone and you can be sure the job will be done right. His charge was high BUT it is Sunday and the evening so I thought it was fair. Services Rendered: Emergency repair of tension springs on garage door.
