Angi5It's a panicky feeling to be trapped in your house with no access to your vehicle, but even worse when you have an appointment with your doctor that you really need to keep. We called Door Tech from the phone book, and he promised to come right away, and he DID. Actually, he arrived a little early. The first thing he did was take the door apart so that it could be manually opened to release the car. That all by itself was worth its weight in gold, but then he set about evaluating the situation and diagnosed it quickly. He was very good about showing us the problem and explaining what needed to be done. Finally, he replaced the big springs which had snapped from age so that the door works perfectly again. To top it off, even on a day with temperatures in the high 90s, Mr. Whitehead took the time to make sure that the area was thoroughly cleaned. We recommend him most highly. Services Rendered: Our cars were trapped in the garage because the automatic opener AND the manual override would not work either. Mr. Whitehead from Door Tech came within an hour to release the door and replace the broken springs. The door works perfectly now.

Angi5I had used this service seven years ago and they did a great job. This time one garage door would not stay down when using the automatic opener. Servicer came out the next day on time, fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and everything works fine now. Services Rendered: Replaced three pulleys, replaced wall switch, inspected and lubricated both doors.
