Google5Jim was great! I called him because one of my springs broke, and he came the same day to fix it for me. He also stayed a little longer and lubricated the door to make it quieter. Overall an A+ experience and I highly recommend you give him a call.

Google5My experience with Jim on Sunday was awesome. Jim had his own emergency at home with a flooded basement, however he set aside his own emergency to help me out with my broken spring on my garage door so that I could remove my car. I contacted other recommended garage door places that was on the Nextdoor app, and they either told me they couldn't come out until Monday or some did not return my phone call until Monday morning. It's amazing folks would recommend these other companies and these places aren't able to assist during a real emergency. I Do Not need a company on my list who can't come out during my time of need. I do appreciate Jim coming out in my emergency and knowing exactly what was wrong with my garage door minutes after walking into my garage. He had all the necessary materials that was needed for the job and fixed it in no time. Jim was reasonable; and explained all that was wrong with my door. I can appreciate his professionalism and even more, coming out on a rainy Sunday early afternoon to fix my garage door that is totally working now. Thank you Jim - I will delete all the other garage door companies telephone numbers on my list; and keep yours. I will recommend you to my family and friends as well . God Bless.

Google5If your garage door is acting up and not doing what its supposed to do then your search for the right guy ends here ... Garage door Jim is now forever in my phone everyone else has been deleted :0)! Started when I arrived home my pulley started grinding into my tracking ?!? Me not knowing what the parts were called Jim suggested that I simply send him a Photo via TEXT this man is genius he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an EXACT QUOTE ! This man showed up at our scheduled appointment and completed the job in under an hour !!! Thanks again Jim

Google1Jim gave me an estimate, said he would do it 3 weeks later. Day before he is supposed to show up he doubles the quote and says he can't do it the next day. I agree to new rate and reschedule for a week later. Day of install he doesn't show up, respond to texts or phone calls. Keep on searching, this guy is not the garage door installer you're looking for.
