Google5I contacted Mark. He came out to Boom Bay (15 miles southwest of Greenville) for a door spring replacement. He came out and measured the spring because it was an oddball size. He returned the same day with the part for the repair. When he was done he inspected all the door hardware on both doors and indicated spots where i may see issues in the future. But, there was no hard sell for parts or additional services. Thanks Mark. Great job.

Google5Mark was available to inspect my broken garage door springs when I called at 5pm on a Monday. I was pleasantly surprised he could measure and quote the job that night. He returned bright and early the next day (9am) to fix the springs and ensure the door worked. He also gave some great insights into our garage door condition, suggestions to improve it ourselves, and options if we wanted to install a new door (with no sales pressure). 100% would suggest this business for others!

Google5Had a broken spring and needed the rollers changed. Door Guys was very responsive and great at communicating through the process. He came quickly, his expectations when we needed to order a spring were accurate, he quickly came and got the repairs done when the parts arrived (didn't take long). He helped me get my car out of the garage until it could be repaired (I was recovering from a surgery and couldn't lift anything, so he jumped right in to help). Frankly, just perfect, friendly service.

Google2Phone conversations turned me away. They want to send the new guy over because the experienced one's are busy. They won't install the light bulbs because they are too expensive. My website inquiry was handled quickly.

Google5My experience with Door Guys was excellent. My garage door was original to my older home and not a standard install, but they came up with a solution even though it was more work on their end. I also had very specific aesthetic wants and they answered my MANY questions along my decision-making process - even before I committed to hiring them. They are extremely knowledgeable about products and clearly explained the pros and cons of various options, helping me make a decision I was comfortable with. The install went smoothly and I am very satisfied with my door. I highly recommend them to anyone who is not only looking for a standard replacement, but needing advise on a more customized look.
