Nick was very patient with our questions and concerns as we tried to decide which company we wanted to replace our windows. We decided on J& B after the time he took with us up front, the look of the windows and the cost. We were happy to get triple pane windows within our budget. It's been about 6 months since they replaced 13 of our windows. We had 1 minor issue with one of the windows shortly after installation but they came out and swapped out the sash for us. No issues since. The installers were respectful and also patient with any questions or concerns we had. They were knowledgeable and experienced. Happy with our new windows and confident they are more energy efficient.

The windows are stunning, the installers were great guys who left the house clean as a whistle, and the price was absolutely unbeatable. Get all the estimates you want but choose J and B. Honest, dependable and locally owned. Can't say enough good things!
