Google5We had an issue arise with the garage door springs naturally on a Friday night late. We had to wait for Monday to avoid higher fees, and we are so glad we did. Shay came out to the house, fixed everything, performed maintenance on the door and opener. We were back up and running in no time. He was one of the friendliest and professional people we have worked with in a long time. A great representative of a great company.

Google5Wow! Wow! WOW!!!! Talk about amazing service!!! Nicole was amazing to talk with this morning and was able to get me pricing for what a new garage door opener would cost! She then called me back later this afternoon and let me know she could have Paul out to install TODAY!!! Paul was on time and so friendly! He has the motor installed in under 2 hours and stuck around to help me program the keypad!! This is who everyone in the area should be using for garage door opener!!

He was quick, thorough, and did an amazing job installing our new garage door and opener. Paul was really dedicated to his work, taking great care and making sure I was completely happy with our new garage door. I can’t thank him enough! The garage door looks fantastic and works perfectly. I highly recommend Overhead Doors Unlimited LLC to anyone looking for top-notch service at a very reasonable cost.

Google1Stay away. They charged me $500 for a service call on a weekend that didn’t require parts. Never called back on Monday to schedule the rest of the repair. When I called them on Monday afternoon asking for an estimate they cancelled my scheduled call. I called back 3 days later and they finally came out to fix the door. They had to come back again because it still didn’t work. Then I had to call a different company to fix their repair because it still wasn’t fixed. Secretary was rude each time we talked and I was way over charged for what they did.

Google5Overhead Doors Unlimited is a superb company; they are responsive, honest, competent, competitive, and friendly. I have some older garage doors on my garage and machine shed and they work wonders finding parts for them and keeping them operating smoothly. This is the company to call when you need it done right in a timely manner and want to be treated fairly. They have always stayed within their estimates for repair, which itself is impressive. Just a superb company with excellent, committed employees.

Google5I cannot express my gratitude to odu for helping me with my garage door today! They were to my house within a few hours and immediately fixed the problem! They also got me set up with a new garage door opener and a keypad! Other companies told me we would need to replace the entire system, costing a minimum of 4-5k! Odu was in and out within an hour, with INCREDIBLE customer service from our tech. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
