Google1A rip off.... I ordered a hinge for $9.00. OHD quoted $175. Their product was defective, they do not stand behind there products.

Google5Gary came to perform a spring replacement. He showed us the crack, explained why it happened and fixed it with very little inconvenience. I've used the Overhead Door Company in the past and was well pleased for services provided at my previous home in Woodstock. The NE Ga location is every bit as professional and provided quality work. You will be pleased as well. I like local work solutions and supporting my community.

Google5Outstanding customer service and same day repairs done right the first time. I wasn't available to be at home when the technician said he'd arrive, but he came over anyway and the damage was fixed before I got back. These folks don't overcharge for unneeded work. Will probably be setting up an annual maintenance deal with them.

Google5Vitaly came out today to take care of some sounds my garage door was making. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. I truly am enjoying my garage door. Overhead Door does not just sell garage doors, but they have prompt and excellent customer service also!

Google5Casey, the garage door technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was considerate giving us a call 20 minutes before his arrival.He answered all our questions, did tune up, and was very kind to help moved our old car from the garage. Very happy with the service. Google5Huge thanks to Technician Gary Nash for his kindness and honesty! I'm traveling from out of state and dropped my phone. Gary found it, reached out to my contacts, and returned my phone to me. He even turned my phone off to save my battery and keep it secure. This is a huge testament to the integrity of this company and the kind of people they depend on. Fine work requires fine people. Google5I was able to make a same day appointment for a garage door repair with no issue at all. The service technician Gary Nash was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I required a special order part and he was able to get it installed in no time at all. He even came back to a week later to help with a separate garage door adjustment. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Google5Our garage door had come off the tracks and wasn't able to close or open. We were sent Service Technician Gary Nash. Gary did a great job. He was thoughtful enough to give us a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Explained to us everything that was happening and answered all of our questions. Gary was extremely professional and kind. Even got us under the quoted price! Very happy with our service today and happy to use Overhead Door and Gary in the future!

Angi5My wife and I have an older home with an attached carport. We have wanted to enclose the carport with a garage door. We saw some of BW Garage Doors' work on a friend's house and were thoroughly impressed with their work. We were even more impressed when our friend told us what BW Garage Doors charged for the materials and installation. We called BW Garage Doors on a Friday and they were installing our stamped carriage garage door on the following Tuesday. They were efficient and clean and had the install completed much quicker than we expected. They started the work promptly at 9:00am and finished at 1:00pm. They trained us in the usage of the Garage Door and provided us with all necessary paperwork upon completion of the work.
