Google5I contacted Precision because my garage door would not close. The phone was answered immediately and a technician was scheduled to arrive within the hour. The technician, David Sweeney, was very thorough and gave me 3 options. Once I picked one he was completed his work very quickly and clearly knew his business. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service

Google5I highly recommend this company. I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They returned my call promptly And showed up earlier than expected.The spring system in the garage door broke, and the cable snapped and imprisoned my car. Dustin was the technician who provided me with excellent service in repairing the garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable, and negotiated a reasonable price for such a job. I was so elated to get my car free again and a new torsion system installed with warranty.

Google5Dustin was our technician. Our appointment was scheduled from 4-6 pm. Dustin called and explained to me he was running behind schedule. He apologized and asked if it was still ok to come and I agreed. Dustin was very polite, personable, and professional. He explained what was needed and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. We agreed on a price and he quickly replaced my springs and bearing plates. Now my garage opens quietly . Thank you Dustin.. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Google5I was able to make an appointment immediately. They e-mailed & texted to confirm the appointment, sent a reminder text the morning of the appointment, & called before arriving. The technician was courteous & professional. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes, gave me a reasonable quote, and finished the repair quickly & properly. He cleaned up shoddy work from a former repairman. Overall - excellent work, professional technician, & a fair price. Great job!

Google5My installer Horace did a great job. He called an hour to let me know he was in route and a picture of him was sent so I would recognize him on arrival. After installation he went over how everything worked. Very pleased from first person I met who gave me the estimate all the way to the installer. Highly recommend this company! Love my new garage doors! Thanks Precision!

Google5I goggled door garage service last night and I didn’t know that Precision had chat service to pop up. I didn’t expect a quick response but was able to input what services I needed and registered for the 10:00 am service today. Trevor had sent me an iMessage saying he was in Cochran but would be at my place within an hour and he did come and everything he needed to repair my garage door was on his truck.

Google5Will Robinson was on time, polite, professional and thorough. I ripped out my old door with my trailer so I didn’t know how a replacement would go.
