My experience with Highland Garage Door was awesome, Nate and his staff were on time, professional, and fast. I called to have a garage door opener installed and they were able to fit me in the schedule the next day. They were done within an hour and explained the new features of my new Chamberlain motor. However, the real professionalism and experience was exhibited a few days later when i had an issue with the Overhead door on one of our box trucks we operate in our business. The spring broke on the door just a few days after having our home Garage Door Motor replaced and I knew exactly who to call. Nate understood the urgency of having the issue fixed and came at 7am Monday morning to inspect the issue and advise me on the parts that needed replacing. He returned after the truck finished the daily route and installed the Spring Operator with no issues. Nate was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable about his craft. We will definitely refer anyone with Garage Door Issue to Highland Garage Door Company. Thanks for delivering a great and timely service.

My dog and wife constantly knocked the sensors off track and that would prevent me from being able to use the garage openers.
