Google5Our home was built in the mid-90's and had been needing new gutters for some time. Having known Mike Huff and the ownership of Northeast Georgia Gutters and Garage Doors for over 50 years, they were my one and only call. Mike came out and inspected the soffit and fascia and provided an excellent referral to have the rotted wood repaired in advance of the gutters. Mike coordinated the completion of the wood repair with the gutter installation to make sure we weren't without them for an extended period. The job was completed professionally, on time, and for the price quoted. We've also used NGGGD for maintenance on our garage door lift motor and had a new door installed a couple of years ago. Just like with the gutter project, I'd rate it 5 stars.

Google5This company has installed garage doors for me in two different homes. They are prompt, polite and get the job done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them!

Google1Ronnie called about a past-due bill. I confirmed that it had been submitted for payment and offered to reach out to our accountant to get an update. Before I could finish, he said "I'll submit it to collections if you don't put a rush on it". I said I understood and payment was most likely already sent and asked again if I could reach our accounting department. He took that time to ask me (verbatim) "When did they start hiring 'dot heads' like you?". PURE SHOCK! I asked, what exactly are you asking? To which he said, "Why don't Americans hire Americans anymore? Your accent sounds horrible". I know racism is still alive and well....but - WOW - great business etiquette. BIG BRIGHT flashing reminder Ronnie, there are other providers out there - you're not the only one who can fix doors and install gutters. I guess we're going to collections

Google1The negative reviews are correct. I would strongly recommend against Northeast Georgia Garage Doors. We had hired them to install new springs for our garage door. Eric the tech came and did not explain warranties and any processing fees and surcharges. He spent time trying to upsell us a motor which we did not need. When I called the main office, Kim the receptionist was defensive and rude saying Eric has only 30 minutes. I told her it is standard business practice to explain warranties and finances for new parts. It was the start to how unprofessional and uncommunicative Northeast Garage Doors is. A few days after the installation, the garage door starts making loud noises not previously there! I contacted Mike the supervisor and Eric has to come again. This time he was not even courteous. He said the cars needed to be removed, but Kim never told me before the appointment. The second time, Eric left our property without informing me. I had to call again the office because it was incomplete what he did, whether he did the job or not, and not informing the customer. It is irresponsible on the part of Eric to not show a customer what was completed. Kim answered my call and told me: 'It is common sense to remove cars when a garage door company is coming.' No, it is her job to be informing a customer before an appointment. Her rude and inappropriate response worsened: Kim said that Eric rang the doorbell. He never did. Eric also had my phone number and he never called. He could have easily called and also knocked on the door. Neither of which he did. He left without informing the customer of what he did or did not do-it is quite immature and irresponsible. Kim hung up the call on me. We are left without knowing what Eric did, no communication and explanation. This was an incomplete job. You are paying for bad quality and terrible services. I would strongly not recommend this company

Google5I was able to get next day service to repair my garage door. Everyone here is so kind and helpful! Eric was quick and thorough with the fix and walked me through safety items to check in the future. Thanks to the full team for exceptional service!

Google5My remote garage openers stopped working all together. I called, and Eric quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone. Instead of replacing the whole opener, which is the most expensive option, he recommended two least expensive options. It turned out the antenna was broken. Since the part is discontinued, he found a spare part in his shop, stopped by to plug it in, and that fixed the problem. And he did not charge me anything at all. Thank you Eric for the great service.

Google1I made an appointment to have them go to a tenant occupied property to replace a broken garage door spring as they were listed on the opener as the installer. They quoted me $250 over the phone. They sent me an invoice for $475 a day later. A week later the tenant came home from vacation to let me know the garage door was not repaired. After going by to confirm and taking this photo, I am 100% assured they did absolutely NOTHING. I will not be calling them again.

Google5I couldn't possibly recommend Dean and his crew any more highly! Such a fantastic and pleasurable experience all around. Dean is very prompt to return calls, his crew showed up on time, the garage door is fantastic and the price was incredibly reasonable! These days its hard to find someone that will return your call much less do all of the above! I will definitely be using these guys again and I couldn't be happier.
