Gary came to perform a spring replacement. He showed us the crack, explained why it happened and fixed it with very little inconvenience. I've used the Overhead Door Company in the past and was well pleased for services provided at my previous home in Woodstock. The NE Ga location is every bit as professional and provided quality work. Outstanding customer service and same day repairs done right the first time. I wasn't available to be at home when the technician said he'd arrive, but he came over anyway and the damage was fixed before I got back. These folks don't overcharge for unneeded work. Will probably be setting up an annual maintenance deal with them.

I was able to make a same day appointment for a garage door repair with no issue at all. The service technician Gary Nash was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I required a special order part and he was able to get it installed in no time at all. He even came back to a week later to help with a separate garage door adjustment. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Our garage door had come off the tracks and wasn't able to close or open. We were sent Service Technician Gary Nash. Gary did a great job. He was thoughtful enough to give us a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Explained to us everything that was happening and answered all of our questions. Gary was extremely professional and kind. I had a broken spring on my garage door and called. I was able to get a same day appointment! They quoted me a time but then I got a call shortly after letting me know they had someone in the area and they could be there sooner if that was ok. Gary was knowledgeable and answered every question. He had it fixed in less than an hour! From the time I called to schedule to the time it was fixed was less than 3 hours! Highly recommend!

They came out to check out the problem since I couldn't open the door. They said it was a cracked spring and quoted me a price. I assumed (mistakenly) that it was a fair quote! Mistake. An hour later it was fixed but I got quotes to double check the price. I paid twice the new quote. I know I should have checked before but I wanted to get my car out of garage.

First, they are local... compared to the big box stores. I originally called just for a service issue on our outdated garage door. I guess the sensors were not allowing the door to shut. The technician fixed the issue. I also received a quote on replacing the door while he was here. (I requested) They didn't charge for the service issue, which was an easy fix... I appreciate that. Have a custom "carriage" style wood door that came off the tracks and folded on itself on the garage floor. OHD came out right away and immediately started talking about how dangerous the job would be. Tried to talk me into purchasing a new door. (I think not as there was nothing wrong with this door, which was a very expensive custom door). I told them that I was not going to purchase a new door, even with their added incentive to include a new door opener. They quoted me a price and said they could schedule the work in 3 days. I called a second company and the work was completed the same day and half the price OHD quoted me
