We've worked with this company several times and have always been happy with their work. Always quick/same-day service!

Used to be a loyal customer until I noticed being overcharged for mediocre work, For what they used to charge to repair two 30 year old garage doors, I was able to get two completely new systems with another company. Avoid at all cost!

You should be ashamed. Lied about what needed to be replaced and the cost of the parts. (That or you have absolutely no idea what you are doing.) Tried to charge us more than what it would cost to have an entirely new system installed. (We called and checked.) Called another company and the entire issue was taken care of in 15 minutes for $150. AND we found out that replacing all of the wheels would cost ONE FOURTH of what you quoted, using the best parts. I do not understand how people, especially small businesses that I want to support, rationalize these kinds of practices - it is fraud. Would not recommend. Do your homework and call somewhere else.

I only called this company due to there being a card left in my garage when I purchased the home. They were quick to come by. The technician walked in and eyed the issue and determined it was a broken spring issue. He suggested the pair be replaced. Which is accurate. However, he attempted to charge me $300 for one and $500 for both. He would only try to come down to $400. I paid the service fee and sent him packing. He tried to convince me that it was the cheapest I would find it. I found a guy to do it online for $198 for the pair. It's working great now. Don't get ripped off by these people. Shop around. You can do better!

These guys are GOOD! If you are looking for a company that epitomizes honesty, integrity, and quality, you have found it in Affinity Garage Doors! I highly recommend them! Simply the best! Very pleased with their work and they not only do garage doors, but they also replaced our front door, our foundation vents, tore down the deck around our dilapidated pool and hauled off the debris. They also came up with a solution for a porch issue we had that saved us a bunch of money.
