Google5Our experience with America’s Best Choice was great! We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced and the end result is simply beautiful. Walker walked us through all of the options with ease. He answered so many questions for us. Blake was onsite for the start of the project and kept in contact the entire time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great products, fair prices, and relatable people!

Google5My experience with Americas Best Choice in June 2025 was just phenomenal from start to finish! The salesman Matt Poley that I worked with was just amazing! His professionalism and friendliness was just stellar. Matt kept me up to date with everything after I made my purchase until the date of installation. The installation team was very friendly and professional. I had zero issues from the day Matt did his presentation until they finished the installation of my windows. The installation and cleanup from the removal of the old windows was tip top! I could not recommend Americas Best Choice windows for new window purchase and installation!

Google5This is the second time that I have ordered windows from America’s Best Choice. Each time they did not disappoint. Even when we ran into a hiccup, they were quick to resolve. America’s Best Choice is a solid company with a great team and quality products. Their sales professional Jim, was a pleasure to work with and their installers did a fantastic job installing 4 windows in my home. I am very satisfied with my new windows and the service provided. I highly recommend their company.

Google5Roswell, GA. We replaced about twenty-seven 30-year-old windows. Very happy with our new windows from America’s Best. Especially please with large slider windows that replaced side-by-side double hung windows on the backside of your house. Really changed the view of the woods behind the house. And now I can more easily access sunroom roof to blow off leaves in the fall. No more getting the ladder out. Charlie Peel was excellent to work with and gave us some very good suggestions. No high-pressure sales. Lucas handled the scheduling and kept us well inform. The day of the install the crew was very polite, they worked fast and careful. When done they cleaned up well. The windows are very nice looking and well made. The manufacturer has been around for since 1938, while they are not the largest manufacturer they are known for high energy efficient windows and a decent warranty.

They are meticulous about their work, professional with their customers and concerned about going the extra mile to ensure all things are within or exceeds standards. Reasonably priced, great project mangers, sales team and work crew. Thanks to Michael we had garage doors for one project and then returned to him for window replacements. Dan was exceptional and providing oversight and engineering of our multiple projects to include, timbertech composite decking with aluminum fencing and lights, under decking, fencing with entire back yard and replacing whole-house gutters with stainless steel gutter guards. Our project manager Robert was also key to our customer satisfaction. His attention to detail was invaluable. ABC is our family's go to contractor, always!

Google5Amazing Customer Service! I reached out to multiple companies for estimates, as well as looked at vendors online to delver and install a retractable awning. Their prices are competetive, but the customer service and warranty are the primary reason that I went with America’s Best Choice. Marty was my sales person, he made sure that I had all of the information needed to make an informed decision. No pushy sales tactics and they delivered what was promised and delivered it on time. I highly recommend them and will share my experience with all of my friends and neighbors. There was a slight issue after installation with a with a decorative cap falling off that was resolved very quickly. I plan to use them for other projects in the future. It’s so hard to find reliable service that is done well. I’m happy to find a company I can trust!

Google5We replaced over 30 old wood windows in our house and had a great experience. Jake was extremely helpful and easy to work with, not pushy at all. He quickly responded to emails and came out multiple times to answer many questions on such an large project. The large installation crew got it all done in one day with minimal impact. We are extremely excited to be able to open the windows so easily now. We already notice the reduced UV rays and outside noise reduction.

Google3I would like to say first of all my project came out great. The experience along the way was not the best. I moved to GA in August and wanted to extend our deck, add stairs and screen in the existing deck area and add a motorized screen on one side. I knew the project would take a while with all I requested to be done and we would have some downtime with all different the trades involved, inspections and weather delays. That is completely understandable. I expected better communication along the way. I felt I had to call most of the time to get updates and find out of anyone was going to be working at the house the next day. The communication for when the deck was going to be stained was horrific. It didn't help that I was out of town, so I really needed more info to pass along to my family that was home. I had to call constitantly to get updates and even had to call one day that they said they would possibly be starting, but the confirmation only came after I called them. Chaz was my main project manager and he was not involved in the staining coordination or scheduling. He was great to work with, I just wished he could have been in charge of the entire project. BBB5FIRST RATE team of ****** **************************** and ********. *** did a window job for this house 7 years ago before we bought it. Now we wanted another big section done and they came out and the salesman actually remembered setting up this househad us in file, etc. It took only about 2-3 weeks to order and receive the custom window frames, and then they came out and finished the job (11 windows) in 2 hours. This included pulling out old windows and frames, installing new windows, framing up the whole outside with custom cut vinyl, and then caulking inside and out. Another huge call out to their professionalism is that they cleaned up everythingeven small scraps that fell into the gutter during installation. They set out a tarp to collect all trash and debris, and the *********** was kept to one manwho wore cloth covering over his shoeswhile the rest remained outside at work. The inside was vacuumed up, and the outside was also left spotless (including blowing some extra leaves off the patiowhich really made the experience even nicer). These guys were fast, professional, quality-focused, and friendly with a sense of purpose. Our final phase 3 for window completion will definitely rely on *** (plus, lifetime guarantee from such a reliable company makes this a no-brainer).
