It went fine. The serviceman was punctual. However I was left feeling like this was a total rip off. He was there for 45 minutes and it’s a $10 part, yet we were charged $386? And he tells me that the springs on my garage are not the right size and that it’s another $400 to put the right size ones on. Now, springs cost $20-$60... this is highway robbery. In addition, it seems like this phone number is just for some cartel of garage door companies. Really we got some other company who contracts with this company. Services Rendered: A steel cable broke on the garage door and needed to be replaced.

A rep came out, the same day that i called, to provide a quote...PLUS. The $699.00 quote for a complete replacement was better than piece working a repair and even better than previous quotes received...PLUS. Installer came out the next day and completed the install, and did a great job...PLUS. I specified "No haul away" to the rep who provided the quote and paid a $200.00 dep. My husband reiterated the same to the installer who not only hauled the parts away but never informed us when he was finished and just left...MINUS. Yes, he was working and then he was gone, no "Hey you wanna look at the work..." or "You sure you don't want the haul away?" or "Can i get a signature to acknowledge completion and satisfaction?"...MINUS MINUS. After speaking with the Installer, the Quoter, and an extremely rude sales rep who didn't want me to speak w/a Supervisor followed by a disconnection, Colin made sure I was refunded the $100.00 haul away fee.
