Yelp5My son contacted Eric last week to look at my garage door. It didn't work right for 20 years, but I thought I would need an entire door, and did not have the budget for it. Eric gave me a very affordable estimate, and did the work today. We couldn't be more satisfied or happy. I highly recommend Eric, and his company.

Yelp5Eric is friendly, professional, on time, and gave my mom a fair price on her new garage door opener. He came out to give an estimate the same day that I contacted him and installed the new opener a few days later. He even put in safety cables on the door we didn't have serviced just as a courtesy. He was a pleasure to work with!

Yelp5Ok, here goes...The tension spring on my garage door snapped, and I called at around 10am. Eric called back, and went above and beyond to fit me in same day. He said it would take around 30 minutes, but because of a problem took a bit longer. Didn't charge me extra for the problem (which was 100% on my side), and got the garage working better than ever. Price was reasonable to begin with, and after that was even better than just reasonable. Very nice, courteous, and professional, and answered all my (probably) annoying questions with a smile. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. You won't regret giving them a call.

Yelp5I'm not the type to take time to write reviews on yelp, but my experience with Eric (the owner) was so good that I had to write one. Eric is one of those old school guys who takes pride in his work and has a fair and honest business practice. His prices are incredibly good and his work is even better. I've called him on 3 separate occasions and he delivered as promised all 3 times. He's definitely earned my trust and business.

Yelp5Eric the owner here is great!! Very professional, knowledgable and FAIR with his pricing. I called around and got several quotes and he was by far the least expensive. He gives a warranty on his work in case something goes bad. I sent him to a few neighbors and they were pleased as well!

Yelp5I called ATD on the recommendation of my brother after I came home from work one day and my door only went up 1/4 of the way. Eric actually diagnosed it over the phone and set a time that was convenient for me. He replaced the entire spring set with one that was able to be lubricated on the outside for proper maintenance vs the set that I had on the inside which broke. He gave a 10 year warranty on the springs and a 1 year on the labor. He also fixed a gap above my door that I didn't know wasn't supposed to be there. :-P Hopefully I won't need him again anytime soon but it's great to know he's there if I do!
