Google5Mark did an outstanding job replacing my (2) 8'x7' garage doors and openers. He's truly a professional and I would not hesitate to have him do more work if/when it's needed. Also worth mentioning, the quote I received from D'Alba Garage Doors was significantly better than I had received from their competitors.

Google5First, they were the only company to call me back which I greatly appreciate. I needed to replace my torsion springs on my garage door after one broke. Mark showed up on time and was finished within an hour. My garage door operates quieter than ever. He replaced the springs, cleaned and lubed the tracks. Excellent job. Best service I've had in a long time dealing with any contractor. Thanks for the great service.

Google5We had D'Alba Garage Doors replace our garage door last fall. Since then we accidentally dented some of the panels and they came all the way back to Acworth even after having relocated to McDonough to replaced them for us! Great company and great service! Thanks again!

Yelp1This company wanted to charge me a $400 flat rate BEFORE coming to see my property. I understand labor fees, etc. but they didn't provide an estimate, didn't know for sure what my issue was and still gave me a price. I'm so glad it didn't go with them because the company I did choose charged me $185 AND it would up being a little cheaper because the issue with my garage door wasn't even extensive. I'm glad I shopped around before accepting this price. Y'all need to provide FREE estimates AND have a technician explain what the actual issue is BEFORE charging someone.

Yelp5Yesterday Mark came out and installed 2 new garage doors for us. Previous doors were 33 years old. I had met Mark a few months ago when he attended to a repair issue for me. His quote for the new doors was fair and reasonable and communication in setting up the install date was excellent. I am pleased with the new doors and his workmanship is impeccable.

Yelp5Garage doors starting to act up a little. Wanted a seasoned vet to assess and make necessary repairs or adjustments. Used Yelp for initial contact and had follow up with a live person within a couple hours. Mark had an opening next day. Showed up on time. Listened to my observations/concerns and he went to work. Only needed minor adjustments and lubrication. Didn't try and upsell me at anytime. Cleaned up when done. Took all methods of payment. We have a garage team for the long haul. Veteran business.

Yelp5My old garage door opener was over 25 years old. I wanted to upgrade. I spoke with Mrs. D'Alba, who is very nice, and she recommended a certain model and quoted me. She scheduled Mark to come to my house for Saturday at 930. Mark showed up promptly at 9:29. Lol Mark took care of all my issues and installed my garage door opener very quickly and professionally. When talking to Mrs D'Alba she gave me a very good price which I thought was just for the opener. After all the work was done it was time to pay. Mark told me the exact same price Mrs D'Alba gave me. I asked him what about the labor and Mark said the price included that. Imagine my surprise. If you need some garage door work I would highly recommend D'Alba. Very nice, prompt and professional.

There was no evidence of the construction . Great customer experience. If I could rate 10/10 I would. Thank you for your efficiency. I am very pleased with my new garage doors.

Yelp5My garage door spring broke and my garage door needed some overall TLC. I called one other place and the quotes were almost identical but D'Alba could come the next day (Saturday). He came right on time and immediately got to work. Within about an hour my spring was fixed, a new sweep was installed and I received and overall tune up. Very easy process, very satisfied customer.
