Google5From the very first call I made to NG Windows, until the very last minute of installation, it has been a pleasure working with the staff and crew. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. Installation was fast and professional and when the crew was finished, every trace of debris was gone. You couldn't even tell they had been here. I highly, HIGHLY! recommend NG Windows. You will not be sorry!!!

Google5We had multiple door companies come out to our home for an evaluation and to provide us an estimate to update and replace the old front wooden door to our home. We had a vision that none of them could understand much less execute. Meeting with NG windows was an entirely different experience. They understood what we wanted and their ability to make it happen was very refreshing. We had almost given up on our dream door. From start to finish they were very professional and very proficient. Masters in their field without a doubt. Do not hesitate to use NG windows. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a great job!

Google5If you’re looking for a trustworthy installer of high quality windows, I hope you at least get a quote from NG Windows. The sales guys aren’t as pushy as the other big replacement window companies. The installers and project managers are all knowledgeable and respectful. They showed up on time and have very transparent scheduling. My project was a replacement of about 50 windows and doors. I went with their infinity fiberglass windows. These are not the cheapest option, but I chose these for durability and paintability (you can’t get good results when you paint vinyl). The windows are great. They really cut down on ambient outdoor noise. They’re also super durable. I also had an iron door installed. Their CAD designer worked with me to layout exactly what I wanted. Love this thing. Overall: - Great people - Great product - Reasonable price - On time (It’s so hard to find independent contractors that show up or communicate well these days, so I put a lot of emphasis on this)

Google5Samson and Delilah are SO EXCITED about their new "doggie door" from NG Windows (North Georgia Replacement Windows). Mitch, Jason, and the Infinity crew did an absolutely fabulous job! In the pictures below, Samson tells Mitch how finicky his human momma is... "She only wants a STEEL door, and it has to be perfectly set and finished so that no rain or moisture can seep through during these North Georgia downpours." After installation, Samson tests out his Great Dane/Mastiff size "doggie door" and encourages Delilah to try it out. "This doggie door is BIG, Delilah... not like those little ones you get at a pet store that we can't even fit through!" Samson and Delilah then say a big thank you to the Infinity crew for their care, expertise, and kindness while installing their new doggie door. ***Note from Samson and Delilah's mommy: A BIG PLUS is that North Georgia Replacement Windows is the company contracted by Costco, and therefore it follows the meticulous standards Costco requires of all their affiliates. I strongly encourage anyone interested to go through the Costco program.

Google5It's like having a new home by adding Marvin Infinity windows. This is one of the times where it does not pay to try and go cheap and have to do it over later. Not only were the windows incredible, but the crew was extremely professional with an amazing attention for detail. Our 31 window project was done in a day and a half, and we couldn't be happier. It's worth the extra money to get premium windows from a company you can trust. No games, no pressure, and lots of help when we needed it. They were also great helping us get approval from the HOA who had difficulty understanding windows.

Google5We had windows installed in May and last Friday. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. I chose NGRW bc I wanted a high quality product that will last. Our home was built in 1993. In 2003, the previous original owners anticipating they would move in 3-5 years installed Home Depot vinyl windows. We moved into the home in 2007. And from the start the windows were hard to open and within 2 years the glass coating was developing that fog between the glass. So those vinyl windows didn’t make it past 6 years before they had problems. We finally replaced our siding (shout out to Fowler Exteriors) and windows with NGRW and the windows are gorgeous. They open easily. Easy to clean as we opted for grids between the glass. We purchased double hung windows with grids to match our traditional home (not outdated but classic). Jimmy the Project Manager and his crew did an excellent job installing our windows. They were happy and polite. They cleaned up thoroughly, and our windows were left sparkling and clear. Our first crew and pm was great, too. The PM stayed late to make sure I was satisfied with the interior caulking. I love the beauty of our new windows and the ease of working with NGRW and their great people. We had to call back once for the May installation (not this one) because I noticed the trim was not mitered square at a corner on one window. It was fixed and we are satisfied with how it was easy to call and get service done on these details. Everyone is kind and patient. They strive to make customers happy.
