Techs Al and Moses were prompt, very nice, and easy to talk to. They explained the issues with my screens and offered several solutions which might fit my budget. While I'm currently considering the options they presented, they adjusted my current screens and they work 100% better than before they came. They did a GREAT job and I will be setting up an appointment soon to get new screens.

Scheduled repair with a week. Came on time. Very professional and knowledgeable about work. Fixed everything in an hour. Took Visa credit. A good job. Services Rendered: Serviced 3 garage door openers. Replaced rollers on 2 with quiet nylon rollers. Replaced gear sprocket driver on one door. Replaced 2 vinyl gaskets on door tops. Didn't have material on truck for vinyl gasket but will schedule a return visit for this small item. All other work done well. New rollers came with 7 year warranty and other work guaranteed for a year.

Terrible experience w/ Pro-Tech Doors in Suwanee, GA. Would never hire or recommend again to anybody. Found later the Owner bought company & knew nothing about garage doors. Not sure but I think they are out of business. If so, good riddance. Services Rendered: Hired Pro-Tech Doors 02/05/07 to install new garage door; paid $500 to order door; arrived 02/07/07 to install & during install I had to return to work. They called me once finished to come pay them; I arrived 30 minutes later & they were gone. Upon inspection; door was installed incorrectly-did not close properly, binding at top, jerky motion when open/close, gap at bottom, wall control fell off wall, screws not installed on hinges, boxes, trash, paper, screws left in garage & driveway. 02/07/07 called Owner to rectify which he did all EXCEPT DOOR CLOSING PROPERLY (BINDING), SCREWS LEFT OUT OF DOOR, LARGE GAP @ BOTTOM SEAL. Owner recommended give door time to form correct seal & @ this time I paid him balance of $1,024.28 which I now regret; gave it a month & door still not closing properly. Numerous calls later he returned in March to fix, attempted but after he left door was worse. Owner returned on 05/16/07 to fix & after 2.5 hours was unable, he said he would have to send someone else; I said I had no confidence in him or his co. & would have to hire another company to rectify & expect refund if I had to do so. He made no comment & left. I hired another co. to inspect. They found door installed improperly-wrong springs. They fixed for $279.95 additional; (except springs). 05/19/07 Sent Pro-Tech Certified Letter asking for $279.95 refund & replace springs still under warranty; no response. Threatened legal action to finally resolve but reported co. to BBB, suppliers etc.

I knocked the double-car garage door out of alignment by trying to make adjustments myself. Called Pro-Tech on a Saturday and they came early Monday morning. Rewound the springs and put roller back in place with the cable and lubricated everything. No parts were used. Services Rendered: Pro -tech came out 2 days later and rewound the springs and lubricated the tracks and rollers, reattached the cables.

They were wonderful. I had my children ready for school, but one of my springs broke and I couldn't get out. I immediately went on-line looking for a garage door company and called three different companies. One wouldn't give any pricing over the phone, and the other put me on hold, but Protech answered all of my questions and quoted a price over the phone. I was very impressed with the office, the tech, and the prompt service they provided. Services Rendered: I did a service call, had springs replaced, and changed rollers.
