Google5Garage door stopped working and called Overhead Door. We have used them for many years in this home and have always been pleased and found them responsive and helpful. Erik Ruh! was the technician and he was excellent. The had to be replaced and cables, which was expensive but we knew it was an old system and were expecting it to occur sooner or later. He explained all the work he did and the pricing and finished in record time, then reset all remotes and cars. He left us a number to call if any issues, but system has been operating perfectly.. We were very pleased with the service.

Google5The staff that answered phone at Overhead Garage door was great and I was able to get a quick service appointment. Cory the technician that came out was quick, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was able to install my new opener in less than 2 hours.

Google5We had an excellent experience with overhead door of Atlanta. From the sales consultation to installation, it was perfect. The sales part was easy, no pressure and on budget. Installation was on time and professional. Our new doors look so beautiful. We went from wood doors with no insulation to insulated doors and we can feel the difference in our home. There was about a 2-3 week turnaround time for installation

They hung two new openers quickly. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Great overall experience. I highly recommend them. Google5This morning I discovered the coil spring was broken. My husband called Overhead and the technician was able to replace it and have our garage door back up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Google5We love our new doors! Overhead is a high quality operation and ordering was easy. In particular, we loved all the options of colors, window design and hardware. Impressively, the installer (a great guy named Gary) worked solo all day to ensure it was operational on the promised date. Thank you Gary and Overhead Team!

Angi5Our technician, Jayme, diagnosed the problem immediately and was knowledgeable about our existing Garage Door System. He explained why the newly proposed torsion bar/spring system would be a better long term solution. He installed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up before he left. He provided an assessment of the remaining system and went over the warranty, thoroughly. Although their price was higher than other quotes we acquired, we were pleased with the service and would use them again. Services Rendered: Replacement of Torsion Tube, Springs, Drums and Bearing Plates.

Angi5I noticed the technician working on a neighbor's garage. I inquired to him about repairing my garage door. Upon inspection of the work he had completed for my neighbor, I asked him to do my repairs. He arrived early, which was great, and completed the work efficiently. He also reinforced the doors to help prevent future damage. Unfortunately, there is no warranty on the work, but I am satisfied with it and would recommend him. Services Rendered: The technician repaired one of my garage doors and added reinforcements to them both.
