Google5Robert is very responsive and got the job done. I had a problem with one of the door seals after installation and he returned promptly and sorted it out. I believe he is a very good employee.

Yelp5First off, this is my second time calling VMT Doors - and both times they were great!! I had an issue with the garage door not fully going up at a rental property that I own. I thought it was something easy to fix like the manual pull cord and motor chain was out of sync or something. Nope it was a little more serious - the turning shaft inside the overhead motor was broken. The old motor was Genie that was 9 years old and needed replacement- Called VMT Doors early that morning 8am and they had a tech there around 11am or so-- I would have been ok with a later appointment date, but they came out that day... Wow! They are located around the Loganville GA area and my property is in Monroe GA - so that might have factor in the response time. Anyways, a new overhead motor was $381 installed with 3 door openers. Your needs maybe bigger or smaller. I highly recommend VMT Doors. I think they serve the whole metro area. Thanks, VMT Doors.

Yelp5Call this company if you need help with your garage door. Don't bother with others. Derek came to my house today and fixed my garage door. He was the third person (first two from other companies) to come and look at it. It wouldn't close unless I held the button down inside the garage so it rendered my remotes useless and I would have to back my car out of the garage and leave through the front door. SO FRUSTRATING!! The first two guys told me it was just the sensors and they didn't believe me that there was actually a problem. Derek listened to me and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He replaced a wire that was damaged, reprogrammed my remotes, lubricated everything to make it much quieter, and was all around wonderful. His customer service was phenomenal. I kinda wish he had other businesses so he could fix some other problems I am having!! Thank you Derek!

The gentlemen who came out and completed the job was courteous, respectful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Yelp5Our garage door was off its track, the cable on one side was unwrapped, and the door was hanging cockeyed, only able to move less than a foot...I called Thursday morning and was scheduled for first thing this morning...Preston, the technician, was in front of our house at 7:30 AM, a half hour early! Preston was courteous, prompt, had the door fixed and adjusted by the time he was due, permitting me to get on with my day. Great service at a fair price...I hope I never have to, but I will definitely call them if the need arises...I wholeheartedly recommend VMT doors!
