Google5This is the only garage door company I will call when anything happens to my garage door. Their pricing service and professionalism can't be beat. I have had almost every issue you can come across with my garage door and they fixed it everytime without overcharging me or guessing what the issue is.

Google2Timing is everything to me. I understand that life happens but when you provide a customer a time slot, out of respect for the customer, it should be honored. My time slot was between 11-2 for a 45 minute job. Mike arrived after 4 so I missed my own money because of the delay. He apologized but no mention of how it affected my time or money and no type of discount or anything was offered. A customers time is just as valuable as the merchant. To me it’s a poor customer service experience. Seems to be a nice guy but it was really unacceptable. This is why I wouldn’t recommend. Find someone who is professional about their timing.

Google5They are better than you can hope for, no joke. I have used Xtreme Door on several occasions for small repairs and have always been very pleased unlike other random companies I have ventured to take a chance on with regrets. Then yesterday we received a new door, it freshened up the whole house. You will not be able to beat their great service and reasonable prices. This is one business I am proud to recommend to my family and friends. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

Angi5They came to look over the door to see what part was needed, then came back on scheduled day. It took them about 20 minutes. They were respectful and professional. Services Rendered: Springs needed to be replaced.

Angi1I would rate my experience with Mike/Xtreme Door Systems an F! Mike/Xtreme Door Systems was highly, highly recommended to me by a previous customer. I contacted Mike and scheduled an appointment for him to install a garage door opener. I was unable to keep that appointment so I called and rescheduled for a later date. On the day of the second appointment, Mike did not come to install the opener and did not call to provide an explanation. I contacted him the following week to ask if he had gotten my address confused, etc. and he admitted that he had made a mistake, apologized and we rescheduled the appointment for a later date. On the day of the (third) scheduled appointment, I contacted Mike to ensure he was still coming and he said he was leaving his shop and on the way. However, Mike never arrived to the appointment and he never called to provide an explanation. I am very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and integrity. I can't speak to the quality of his work but if his follow-through is any indication of the quality of his work, I may have dodged a bullet. Services Rendered: He said he was coming and he never showed or called to offer an explanation.
