Google5While I was visiting some relatives, I tried to make a change to the garage door opener, and it didn’t work out well. I couldn’t get it to do anything. I called and spoke to Alvin and he was great. Gave me the time and told me a few things that I could try. It worked out exactly as he said. You can’t ask for a better service than that. I would not hesitate to call them at any time with any problem.

Google5First and foremost, this review was long overdue but we had to look out for anyone who needs thIS service. We had a malfunction with our garage. We contacted Garage Door Experts and from the beginning we received superb service. The technician was well informed and knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. He was not only very informative but maintained great communication during the waiting period of receiving the necessary parts. He was very upfront and honest down to the last detail. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IN ALL AREAS!

Google5Elvin and his team were amazing! I hired this company on two separate occasions. The first time my doors were were not operating properly and his company preformed impeccable maintenance. Google5Great experience with Garage Door Experts. They diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener quickly, installed a new motor and the charge was very reasonable. Bill was very professional, courteous and ensured that everything was fixed and tested before leaving. Even gave us his cell in case we had any questions. Great service.

Google5Garage door experts are excellent and have Reasonable prices. My light sockets burned out and I had a hard time finding a company that could replace just the sockets. I sent Alex a picture of my opener & he made sure the correct parts were ordered. Thank you Alex for being so nice & patient with me. The technician Jay came out to do the repairs and he was awesome. He was very polite, professional & had the job done in no time. Now, my lights on my garage door opener are working again. Thanks again Jay you did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Yelp1I worked with Kafiri Davis, who was supposed to repair our garage door. He had worked with fruends. I paid him for the work and then he ghosted me after promising to do the work. I have our email exchange where he went on and on about when he was going to do the work. I found out later that he did the same thing to someone else. He will kill you with kindness with texts and calls. a deposit from me and never completed the work. I sent the money via Zelle. In the end I had to get the work done by someone I had used before and should have initially gone with. They came in and knocked out the work in one day. And it's a shame I hav me to give this company a star.

Yelp1We paid for parts and services that were never received. The installation was supposed to include the padding for the garage door but at the time, the part wasn't available. Kafiri promised to return to complete the installation but instead we were met with excuses on why he had to keep canceling on us. We were never refunded the money for the padding and we had already paid him for the installation. In my opinion, this company is unreliable and unprofessional as they scam people out of their money. I wouldn't believe anything promised by Kafiri or his staff. Terrible experience
