Mike came out this morning after I called him due to a cross beam on our garage door shearing off the bolts holding it to the frame. He was professional, courteous and honest! Other's could have told us we needed a new garage door, but Mike was able to fix this quickly and without it becoming a much more expensive job! His fees are reasonable too! I will definitely use him again if we have a garage door problem! Services Rendered: REPAIRED A BROKEN GARAGE DOOR

I called them at 9pm Wednesday and they arrived 2pm Thursday. I didn't request rush service. Two men showed up, asked a couple questions, and got right to work. The door was fixed in about an hour, and works better and quieter than before. They remembered the service from two years ago when it was a different issue. Services Rendered: Repaired broken spring, and re-attached the door arm to the mount from where it was torn off. Re-adjusted the door limits and cable drums. We've used this service in 2012 for a worn gear in the drive unit.

Found Company on Angie's List. Mike was very responsive. I called him around 11am and he was here within 1.5 hours. I described the type of door we had over the phone and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He suggested replacing the second spring, which I agreed with wholeheartedly. His quote was $225 plus tax on the springs, and that is what I paid. He inspected the door, hinges, track, wire, bolts, etc. and even made some adjustments. He did a fantastic job. Much to the chagrin of my husband (he wants a new garage door) Mike indicated that door was still in good condition. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something more! I am very happy with Augusta Garage Door and told Mike I found him on Angie's List. Note: To those who might be considering replacing the springs yourself (available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) you should have a professional install them for 4 reasons: 1. A professional can install springs and inspect everything in approximately 1 hour. 2. You can spend the rest of the day with your hubby 3. You can be seriously injured, (Here's the search I did on google images (GRAPHIC): images garage door springs injury), and 4. No ER bill :-) Services Rendered: Replaced 2 garage door springs on our very heavy double wooden garage door.
