Google1Our refrigerator freezer wasn’t working properly, so the company we bought the appliance from sent out Sears Home Services. The first technician came out and told us he needed to order parts because our refrigerator was so "new." We then waited 2 months for the parts to arrive. Here’s where it got extremely frustrating: Sears would send an automated text with a specific appointment date. We’d confirm, I’d take time off work, and then they’d cancel the appointment halfway through the very day they were supposed to come. This happened repeatedly for 4–5 months! If you don’t want to be without your appliance for months and deal with endless rescheduling, I do not recommend their services. This experience was beyond disappointing and frustrating.

Google3The technician was very kind. He came in and diagnosed the issue promptly. My issue is with the scheduling. Sears sent a text message on yesterday to confirm or cancel the appointment. I canceled it but they did not cancel on their end. They called me about the appointment and I was explaining that I canceled by text, the technician was at my door at the same time.

Google1My appointment was originally scheduled for Nov.4. It was pushed back until DECEMBER 5th the day before someone was scheduled to come out. Did I receive notification? NO! I was finally able to get an earlier time (Nov 8) only to find out they rescheduled that one too! New date is Nov 11th... if this one is rescheduled im definitely canceling. Can't believe we're paying $70/month for this!

Google1I have a washing machine that needs to be repaired. I called and someone came immediately. He requested funds before service .I ended up paying for the work to be done and opted to getting the home warranty , I needed to order a part for the washer and it arrived to my house promptly and I was rescheduled for him to come back on 11/18. But no one showed up , nor did they call to let me know they were not coming . WHAT IS THE POINT OF A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT? This is a very stressful situation to have to be in, with 4 small children and family coming to town . Then I called and spoke with Jemma in customer service person and she states that nothing can be done because the warranty doesn’t take effect until 30 days . I deserve to be communicated all this and not be the one doing all the calling to find out what is going on. Sears will put you on the schedule but have other appointments as well and don’t show up . Very very poor service . I have never experienced a company like this before. At minimum you would think that they would provide a refund with half the money spent for such an inconvenience, but nothing . They expect you to wait until the time is convenient for them regardless of your scheduled appointment . I called my service person and he seemed to not be aware of my appointment that was on 11/18 . He stated he will look over the schedule to see what he can do . I ended up getting a text saying “per my request my appointment was rescheduled for 11/21. If I could give no stars I would. Please go elsewhere for your repairs ! Update : My 11/21 appointment was rescheduled as well to 11/25 . Edward finally came on 11/25 and worked on the washing machine for more than 1 hr and he said it is now fixed . I was so happy to hear those words . But then once he left I decided to wash some clothes and to my surprise the washing machine is still not working properly, its actually worst than before , it stops at the wash cycle and the water is brown and stinks now I have a ton of wet clothes in the dryer that can’t be rinsed or gone through the spin cycle . I tried calling Edward he did not answer nor respond to my message about the work not done correctly. Very unprofessional this blows my mind . I will be seeking further action . PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE SEARS REPAIR CARE SERVICES , THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!

Google5I highly recommend contacting Sears Repairs for all of your appliance issues. The technician(Mr. Ed) is OUTSTANDING. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my appliance questions. Thanks Mr. Ed

Google1I would like to know why my appointments are getting rescheduled without a reason why? And when I try to call or talk to someone it’s a run around and i have already paid 638.00 after the first visit and now my appointments are getting rescheduled without proper notification. It’s been going on 4 weeks now with no repair. With parts just getting delivered and no action.

Google2The problem was a fuse that was out. The technician looked for a serial number and was unable to find one, however, he did not bother to look behind the glass panel where the fuse was located. It was in the front display panel. The Sears technician said he could not work on the oven without the serial number, so he left. I had to have another company come look at the oven. I explained to the new technician that we couldn't find the serial number. The new technician immediately opened the front display panel and the model and serial number were right there. Based on what I described, he immediately knew what was wrong and proceeded to bypass that fuse and get my oven working immediately. He saved my Christmas dinner! The new technician ordered the part needed and returned the following week to replace the fuse in less than a half hour. The Sears technician did nothing to help me and didn't even know where the serial number would be! Be sure to call Qwick Appliance Service LLC in Augusta, GA for all your future appliance needs because they know what they are doing!

Google5Mr. Edward, the service technician was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Also, in layman's terms, he explained his findings to me. I found his method of relating to be most outstandinding! Although there is always room for improvement for most of us; I can't say that for Mr. Edward. However, I will say that Mr. Edward should just keep doing what he is doing and he will be richly blessed! P.S. I like this company's service 100 percent...
