If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We had contracted them to install insulation in our home after a pipe break. Not only did they completely botch the job and not complete the scope of work, they removed insulation unnecessarily and left our attic completely exposed to the outside elements during a freezing winter. After multiple attempts to get them to correct their mistakes and take responsibility for damages they caused to our home, we still have no resolution. The sales manager who quoted us repeatedly lied and sent conflicting emails to us. The regional manager who came out promised to address the issues quickly. It’s now been over a month since they ripped our home apart and we have no progress. Our attic was supposed to be sealed with spray foam insulation to prevent air intrusion, you can stick your hand through the gaping holes from the attic to our heated living room where they were supposed to spray foam. A child could have done a better job. The worst part is the complete lack of customer service or response to fix the glaring issues. We will now need to hire a separate company to fix all the damage they have caused.! If you value your home, investment, time or sanity- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Avoid them at all costs.
