Google5I am so satisfied with the services I received from this company. The overall scheduling was quick and professional. When it was time to install the door it was scheduled FAST. I was not home during installation but as soon as I as they finished I was made aware with pictures and videos and instructions. This company is very convenient. Both Thomas and Bill communicate effectively. Thank you guy for helping me repair my home quickly from tornado damage.

Google5We reached out to Austin Overhead Door Company late on a Friday afternoon due to a commercial door that would not close. Given that leaving this door open until Monday (normal business hours) was not an option for security reasons, it was critical that we at least get the door to close before we went home. Austin Overhead was actually the 3rd overhead door company we reached out to, and the first that actually lived up to the "24/7 emergency response" claim (the other 2 stated that Monday was the earliest they could come out). I spoke to Bill who assured me he would have someone out that evening to take a look, and not only did they come out as promised, Thomas and Simon actually arrived within about 20 minutes! Next came the challenge of the door itself. Without going into all the steps they needed to close this day, I will simply say that Thomas really knew what he was doing, and he and Simon were able to get the door closed after much diligence, a bit of hard work, and even a few acrobatics! The door was closed and we were able to go home... but it did not end there! Additional repairs were needed that we agreed could wait until Monday when Thomas would have access to more equipment and it would be easier to see what the root cause of the issue was. While Monday was not an option due to a thunderstorm, Thomas was still excellent about communicating with us, and rescheduling for the next day. Thomas came out promptly on Tuesday and was able to fix the door completely at no additional cost! Overall, I want to recognize this company (and Thomas in particular) for their responsiveness, their effectiveness, and their communication. I highly recommend this company for your overhead door needs! Thank you very much Thomas (and Simon and Bill)!

Google5I built a baraminium in 2018 just outside of Georgetown It had 4 12' wide rollup doors, two for the garage and two over sliding glass doors. I could sit on the couch or lay in bed and press a remote to let the sun in or shut it out. Bill installed them all. I sold the place a few years ago. A bad windstorm this past year damaged one of the doors. The current owner called asking who he could call. I gave him Bill's number. Early the next day Bill's team had it all repaired. Five star service and products.

Google5Austin Overhead Door has served us well over the years. We've had them replace our garage door, as well as replace an individual panel that had been damaged. They're professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to others as well!

Google1The absolute WORST service as well as customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Bill Larvin (the owner) does not care about his customers AT ALL. This goes for his employees as well. I mean if the boss couldn't care less than why should his employees, right? Bill is very unprofessional and will literally laugh At You and attempt to belittle you while you point out issues with the service he and his crew provide even after you provide photo proof. I unfortunately had an entire new garage door put in by this company... the guy had to come out Four times because the door wasn't leveled, the lock was never applied and he just couldn't get the door to close entirely. Now fast forward a year later and that same lock that was originally forgotten has now damaged my brand new door and the tracks because it was never put on properly. He applied the lock too close to the track. So of course I unfortunately had to reach back out to Bill and again deal with his arrogant attitude after explaining and offering picture proof of this not being of any fault of my own. His employee was arguing with me telling me it was going to cost $190. After having to explain to Bill that I never once locked the door, etc offered photo proof of the latch hanging past the lock (as it shouldn't), of course he called me a liar multiple times.. made multiple unnecessary comments like, "so you never park your car in the garage?" with his usual condescending sarcastic attitude. Finally after he felt he got to say every patronizing thing he could think of to say, and after I mentioned taking this concern to court, he decided to have his employee fix the error he knew was their fault to begin with. All that arguing and unprofessional behavior for a 5 minute job is ridiculous to say the least. All I have to say is BUYERS BEWARE! Wish I looked elsewhere!

Yelp5Shane with Alpine Overhead Doors has never disappointed. We've used him before and he's always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Last week, he first repaired a broken spring so we could get by until the new garage sectional door came in. Then, the very day the new door came in (in less than a week) he was ready to install it. Highly recommend Alpine Overhead Doors for your personal or business needs.

Yelp5Alpine is extremely responsive, knowledgable and reasonably priced. They are the gold standard by which all other overhead door companies should be judged. Shane replaced worn rollers, lubricated all moving parts, adjusted door opener in less than an hour. My door rolls like butter now!

Yelp5My garage door quit working while I was outside. Fortunately I had a spare key to get back in the house. I looked for a local garage door company that would be able to come out and diagnose/fix my problem. Shane answered my call immediately and was at my house in 2 hours. He was able to install a new spring and service both garage doors. Those doors have never been as quiet, or as smooth, as they are now. Reasonable, fast and friendly! You can't ask for more from a company. I more than highly recommend this company!

Yelp5Wow, I am so glad I found this company actually here on YELP. I had what was pretty much of an emergency issue as I had backed up into a half open garage door and messed up the rollers, cables, tracks, etc. I tried to fix it myself and just made it worse to where the door was literally stuck half open and at an bad angle. I called Alpine and Shane answered and literally was able to come out to fix it not only the same day but within minutes. Now, I know I probably got super lucky with his schedule, so I don't want to set those expectations at all, but, I just had to say it. (By the way, he's the kindest and most honest man I have encountered in a long while business-wise.) He got it all fixed, gave me a great price, and I am back to normal. Yelp5Shane Huggins does a great job at very reasonable prices with excellent service. We had a broken spring on our two car garage door one morning. We called and left word with Shane about possibly getting it fixed the next business day, but he called back that Saturday morning and was at our house within 45 minutes. I didn't give him the correct measurements of my door (somewhat larger than normal), so he didn't have extra large springs with him. However, he was able to put a temporary clamp on the broken spring that morning (along with additional adjustments to the opener) to allow us to use it until our new springs came in a few days later. He came back a few days later, removed and replace the old springs and tuned the entire garage door mechanics and opener. Great job. Very reasonable price. Great service.

Angi5He did a great job! He was on time, he told me how long it would take to order the doors, and he even came out on a rainy day to install them. He cleaned up his mess and took care of the old doors. I wasn't even here when he finished, and he just left a bill for me. He was great to work with. Services Rendered: They replaced my overhead doors, and also some wood framing around the doors.
