Google5These are good, honest people who were easy to work with and got my duplex in great shape to rent. They repaired cracks in walls that had shifted, replaced light fixtures, painted the interior, installed ceiling fans and window blinds, replaced the kitchen floor and other minor things that arose. Whenever I added more to the list, they took it in stride. Bryan is always polite and responsive. I would definitely work with this company again.

Google5We had a great experience with Austin Make Ready & Repair! I was stressed about needing to get the house we were moving out of ready to put on the rental market while also moving, unpacking at a new place and working. I thought surely there is a company out there that does this for you and there is! Bryan took care of pressure washing, painting, patching and bringing things up to code with new deadbolts and peep holes etc. The entire process was easy and stress free!

Google5If you are thinking about getting your property to rent or sell, make sure you call Austin Make Ready - it is by far the best in my opinion. My experience working with Bryan was very pleasant. He was always professional, courteous and did excellent work. Even when he was busy, he would go out of his way if there was something that needed to be done urgently. His prices are very reasonable and I recommend Austin Make Ready to anyone who needs to get a property ready professionally and very reasonable rates!

Google5I have used Austin Make Ready to complete repairs and upgrades for both rental property and my personal residence. They installed laminate flooring, repaired water damaged dry wall, painted, put in a new toilet and more. Have always been satisfied with the quality, service and professionalism.
