Yelp5Fast, efficient, reasonable and a quality job! They were recommended in our neighborhood. They were very communicative, got straight to the point and got us squared away quickly. We had a 20 year old unit that was on its last leg. So replacement was inevitable. Byrd got us the right solution for us! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Yelp5This is the second time i have called Dennis for Garage Door needs. Once in 2014 and then today. He replaced a spring and tuned and lubed my garage door system. He is always punctual, and performs the work quickly. I highly appreciate him and his attention to detail.

Yelp5Mr. Bryd and I connected when he was in our neighborhood at a neighbors home on a call. I told him about a garage door problem and he said to call him when it was a good time for me to be home. I called that same day and he put us on his schedule right away and came a couple of days later as promised and promptly on time as he promised. Unfortunately the part he needed to repair our opener had to be ordered and he got back to me later that day to assure me the order had been placed and its anticipated delivery. I have found Dennis to be very professional and courteous and someone I would highly recommend and reliable with what he commits to do.

Yelp5Always dependable, profesional and very reasonable pricing for a quality work. Been using this company for last 10+ years and always a satisfied customer. Recent service was last night where Dennis came to the rescue for an emergency for my garage door. I accidentally got the inside lock pushed and ripped the center holder when garage door were activated. Dennis came right away and provided his assessment and recommended repair instead of what I thought for sure need a new door. Saved $$$. And all done within one hour. He helped me also with remote programming with my cars as a courtesy. An above and beyond service for his customers. Highly highly recommended! I recommend Dennis to all my network of friends and family. Thank you Dennis.

Yelp1He took my money. Three times schaduled to come and never showed up. When asked for my money back , he refused to return my money. He put my life and my family in danger dragging the work for two months with broken garage door. I had to pay another company that did the job in one day. I still do not have my money after two months.

Yelp1In the construction business, if you are in it long enough, you will eventually do something wrong and have to make amends for it. Taking responsibility for your errors is part of being a good contractor. Dennis has left us with a very poor install that has given us problems since install that he has refused to repair.
