Google5Second Time Using this Outstanding Company ! Honest and Professional. Our Appointment was Scheduled with Kat and on Monday Scott G came by to Assess the Problem we were Experiencing. This time Lubricants Did Not Work and Scott offered us Other Options. A New Opener was our Best Choice ! Scott quickly Began Replacing our OLD Opener and within an Amazingly Short amount of time our Door was opening and closing like it should be. Scott G hit it ‘Out of the Park’ ! Great Work, Expertly Installed and reasonable Price ! I Highly Recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors and If You’re Lucky… you will Meet Scott G !!

Google5After much deliberation and planning we finally pulled the trigger on replacing our garage door. Our neighbor had theirs replaced a few years ago and raved about CPOD, so we decided to go with them. On the fist visit in their sales office we met Tim Peterson who was incredibly friendly and helpful. We picked a quality door and motor and ordered it all through them. Tim helped us through the process of getting out foundation corrected, was patient with us while we got the needed HOA approvals and get us informed along the way. Once the door arrived scheduling the install was painless, and the install crew (Ted and David) were incredible. They were able to find solutions to problems created by builder short cuts and by the time they were done we had an amazing garage door that is exactly what my wife wanted design wise, super quiet, sturdy as heck and with all the bells and whistles such as internet connectivity and application support. The entire CPOD team is amazing from sales through logistics and installation. Highly recommended.

BBB1DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! (Cedar Park Overhead Doors) We had a confirmed appoinment for today, January 20, ****, between 12 and 4pm. They never showed up. Worst of all, THEY NEVER CONTACTED US TO ADVISE THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT AS SCHEDULED! We tried contacting them twice, by phone and chat, but that was just another waste of our time.The email: "Dear Customer,We have you scheduled for an appointment on:[Saturday, January 20, between 12pm and 4pm]"They say they are "family owned" but we never experienced a family owned business who cared nothing about their customer!

Google5I've always had good experiences with Cedar Park Overhead Doors, and our emergency situation yesterday was no exception. Nathan Johnston was fantastic and got us running better than new in no time, explaining in detail what he was doing so we could understand the issue and how to avoid a repeat in the future. Sure, there's a competitor who advertises heavily on the radio, but we're glad we stuck with Cedar Park Overhead -- they treat you right! And the price was fantastic too (what a relief that was!).

Google5I was very happy with my service. Scott contacted me when he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem and it was a quick fix. While checking the doors for overall operations, he suggested adding new rollers which would extend the life of my doors. He spent the time to give me the tradeoffs so I could decide on proceeding now or waiting. He worked quickly and showed me everything he had done. Very polite and didn't talk down to this old lady.

Google5Gary and Dan showed up in good time after giving a heads up about their arrival. They were courteous and informative while they came to repair my garage door springs by replacing them with a double spring (originally single) and also repaired the rollers and fixed the alignment well. Now my door operates a lot quieter than before and runs smoothly. Thank you Gary and Dan! Would recommend them for your garage door repairs!

He showed me how to program and operate the equipment along with reminding me that their business was available to answer any additional questions after the installation. I highly recommend anyone to call and inquire if they have any need for this type of service. Job well done!!!

Google5We had to change our date for installation, and at is handled easily. The guys were timely. And the installation was wonderful. My husband had a problem with connecting the phone app to the doors and the guys stayed probably 45 minutes while he was working with the IT support folks. Very kind and patient. We love our our new (QUIET) garage doors! Also, really happy we got frosted windows. It makes a huge difference with the lighting in the garage.
