Yelp5This company is now in my contacts for anything garage door. I used them to do some repairs to my door and he was so friendly and informative. He gave me tips on how to save money and my garage maintenance. I know in the coming year or so I will need a new door. I really wouldn't care if someone could beat the prices because I doubt it and the customer service. He changed the spring, installed a new door seal and installed an upgraded chamberlain garage door opener motor, keyless entry, and wall unit. All in record time. I'm very please if you can't tell. All without breaking the wallet.

Yelp5Didn't get the name of the technician, but he was at my house yesterday 6/1 at 4pm. My address is 1503 Molson Lake Drive in Leander. He was very proficient at his job and very timely. Changed my garage door opener and even took the old one/and the garbage. Left the area neat and the garage door is working perfectly. Very high ratings for Dr Garage Door, their customer service and the results.

Yelp5Quick to respond, appointment that afternoon. Assessed damage in a minute and advised best value for repair, replacement. Returned the next morning to finish on time. Very good value. The installer was polite as well as he trained me on new system. Nice guy! He answered all questions clearly and effectively. Cleaned up and hauled away old item. Would recommend to others.

BBB5Jesse is awesome! Came out and diagnosed my problem in minutes, rails misaligned, made the adjustments in minutes. That’s two calls for minor problems. Won’t be caught in the rain trying to open the garage door again. Great that he was able to come out that same afternoon to help me out.

Yelp5Our garage door decided to act up on us on a Saturday and we called Jesse and asked him to schedule us early the next week. He said he would be here in a couple of hours. He showed up, diagnosed the problem instantly, and gave my husband some valuable free advice on maintaining it. My husband actually tipped him because he thought his price was too reasonable considering it was a weekend. We eventually decided to replace the opener and of course called Jesse again. He is so punctual and does a very professional job.

Yelp5They came at night, last minute and didn't charge a fortune. Very friendly, punctual and great work. In fact, the garage opener is even quieter, which means above and beyond. I will recommend to anyone.

Yelp5Repeat Customer here. We had a stubborn double-garage door at our condo in East Austin that needed multple-adjustments and a new garage door opener. I called Jesse and he was responsive, scheduled the appointment promptly and did a good job at a good price. Great communication, easy invoicing/payment and most important, everything is functioning as intended. Yelp5Our garage door took a turn on us while we where out of town for the holidays....our springs broke and we could not open our door unless we used force. Then hardheaded as I am I tried to use it again and made it worse by damaging the tracks and knocking the cables off because I needed to take out something from garage. Called Dr Garage door and got a fast response and set up a time to fix. Jesse showed up early and allowed me to ask some many questions while quickly fixing everything to perfection! My garage opens with such ease and also it is so quiet to open now. He gave me tips on how to maintain it. He was/is professional and also had the best prices around.

Yelp1Did a great job installing the garage doors but then totally dropped the ball. Promised to come by the next day and replace the trim work on the outside of the doors. Never showed up and won't return my calls. Would like to recommend him but just can't. Call someone else for your garage door needs.
