As strange as it may sound, I had an amazing experience with the technician, Jose. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs and replacement. I purchased a wall mounted opener and he was able to remove the old opener and install the new one within three hours. And the price, the price was reasonable.

My wife and I have been looking into getting a new garage door and opener for awhile. After talking with different local companies and big name company (Home Depot) we decided on Miles Gates and Garage Doors in Buda. It turned out to be great decision. The door was much higher quality than what we had. Their price was cheaper than any of the other companies that we spoke with. They were able to worked around my limited availability for the install. The supervisor came out to help get the install started and then came back when it was done to make sure everything went well, cleaned up a bit more, and answered any questions that we had. Later we got a call from them to make sure that we were happy and to see if we needed anything. Overall it was a very easy and painless experience. Good quality door, great price, and awesome customer service.
