Yelp5great work and great communication. had some hiccups with original installation (not done by prolift) and the pro lift guys were very responsive and came out as many times as needed to get the job done correctly. cannot recommend them highly enough.

Yelp5Oh my. My garage door had a messed-up safety sensor that I gave up trying to fix. I called ProLift for the first time after work today. Brad was at my house within like a half hour. Another few minutes later, after diagnosing the problem (a short), making an adjustment, and just doing a little bit of regular maintenance type stuff, he was done. I had to pay their minimum charge, which was totally reasonable. They are now on my roster of people to call when I need help.

Yelp5I had the problem with the garage door and Garrett of ProLift in Round Rock came after a full day's work to fix my issue in the evening after he had already handled all the scheduled jobs for the day and used a screwdriver, lubricant spray and some pixie dust and made my door work again as new! After he already worked 11-12 hours today. He also advised me to lubricate my garage door and which lubricant to use. Extremely happy with the service and the job done!

Yelp5What an awesome outfit. I had an emergency this morning with my elderly tenant in Georgetown Sun City area. Prolife responded immediately and sent a Driver service rep out within 1 to 2 hours. Garrett showed up and was able to mitigate the problem, repair the garage in working order in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable and they're very professional. Yelp5Our garage door had seen better days ... in the 1990's. It was long since due to be replaced. Called ProLift and James gave a very reasonable price and the next day Garrett replaced the door and even came back after dinner to touch it up. Highest recommendation. Now all the neighbors want his card. Thank for the great service.

Yelp5Great Company! Got a response immediately after request. Garrett contacted me immediately after I submitted the request in Home Advisor. He came out that same day, gave a fair quote, and came at the start time of the appointment. I appreciated that he didn't try to "up sale" me, but understood the project and was able to complete it as I had described I believed it could be completed. He did a great job, answered all my questions, was honest, and very polite. I would definitely call this company first for any future work needed.
