The serviceman was here within an hour of my phone call. He immediately saw what was wrong. He placed a temporary repair to re-mate the broken spring ends, and will return ASAP with a new set of springs. The secretary was friendly and effiecient. The repairman was friendly, experienced, and professional. He made no attempt to sell me more than I needed, or charge me an unfair amount for the repair. I would call this company first if I have any further problems with my garage door operation. Services Rendered: Door wouldn't raise. The repairman determined we'd broken one of the springs that off set the doors weight.

Trim did not match door. We were told it was they way the manufacturer sent it. Wiring was exposed and not the way the old door was. The company was willing to redo the trim and wiring to our satisfaction. Everything seems fine now. Services Rendered: Installation of new garage door and opener. Removed old door and opener.

Met at MD Home and Garden show in Oct. Spoke to young woman there and them called company for estimate. Estimate given and date given for work and agreed up. Showed up on time did the job in one day. Replacing two garage doors. Replaced the walk-in door a month later as agreed. Overall we are very pleased with the contractors and work performed. Services Rendered: Garage Doors were replaced with total framing being replaced with vinyl. Old wood removed. Reconnected to garage door openers. New walk-in door and frame also replaced on Dec. 23, 2011. Work was done extremely well. Clean up was great. Professionalism and interaction with contractors doing the work was excellent. We would have them again and recommend them.

They arrived promptly as scheduled and went immediately to work. The installation went smoothly except that one of the door panels was damage during installation. However, this was immediately pointed out to me by the technician and a new panel was installed as soon as the company received the replacement. The only problem experienced was that when it came time to pay there was a difference of opinion on the final cost. This was resolved by a compromise on the unanticipated additional cost. In fact, if I had understood the correct final cost there was another company who had quoted a lower price. I am not unhappy with the work received but I might have been just as pleased with the other company. The only open issue is that the finish on one piece of hardware has already failed and I am waiting to have that repaired. The contractor has not has been as responsive on this as I would have preferred but I trust that it will be resolved soon. Services Rendered: Remove three garage doors and replace with new ones.

All of the above BUT, the owner did not let me know that there was a $65 charge for the estimate. When I called his office his secretary (who was on vacation the week the owner was at my house) told me that she usually handles all the calls, and always mentions that charge. While she was gone, the owner was doing her job AND his, too, so I am not surprised or angry that he didn't mention the estimate was not going to be free. But, I DID want to talk to him and he never answered each of the five calls I made to him. My last message was that I wasn't going to call him anymore, but if he did or did not answer would tell me a lot about his company. In all the other ways we communicated by phone, I would have given him an A, but that last call made me give him an F. Services Rendered: The owner came on time, as scheduled. When we agree on what was to be done and his estimate, he sent two fine fellows who completed the job in a little over 30 minutes. They replaced the two springs which operated the garage door and greased up the whole apparatus.

I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a garage door. Services Rendered: Installed insulated steel garage door, torsion spring system, 12R track system to wood jams, inside slide lock, & all vinyl exterior weather seal. Hauled away old door and reconnected and adjusted existing automatic door opener.
