BBB5Great service they came on time fixed my garage door helped me move the car out. and within 24 hours they come back with a new garage door. very satisfied highly recommended. Tanks infinity garage door team

BBB1Called Infinity to repair my new garage door which was jumping the cable. Someone from Infinity Garage Doors showed up in unmarked white van. Here less than 1 hour, no parts were needed, and charged us $500.00. After he left the door would not remain down. We called and they would send rep back out on Sunday. I called back to ensure we would not be charged again or for a weekend visit. I was assured we wouldn't be charged because their work is warranted for 6 months. Rep showed on Sunday, tried to tell us it was a different problem, wanted to charge us again. We told him no. He then ask for gas money. Door still not working correctly.

BBB1I contacted Infinity Garage Doors to repair my garage door. The garage door periodically would not open unless I released the emergency lock. The day the technician came to my home the garage door was working fine, however, I explained the problem and he made a few adjustments which caused the door to become inoperative. The technician who just reassured me that the door was operating fine stated I needed a new motor. I called a different company that took the time to diagnosed the problem, stated the limits blew past the travel motor, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. The technician from Infinity did not remove the cover to the motor to diagnose the problem. He wanted to charge me for a new motor, which was not necessary, instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Poor service.

Angi1TLDR version: Please be aware of scam artist /Technician Dale Jacobs as he is still a sub-contractor with the company, and the owner stated this is not his first incident taking customers money. Also the company told me to pay the service fee to him as well?!? (Why do they still even hire this guy?) Company’s Technician undercut Infinity garage (confusing because the company told me to pay him) door and did not complete service he quoted and was hung up on. I am now out $260 dollars... well actually $355. Felt like a bait and switch routine. I contacted Infinity Garage Doors to inquire about repairs to a steel roll-up garage that was not working due to a faulty circuit panel. After reached out to the company and sent Dale to investigate. Dale Jacobs identified the problem and stated that it was a circuit panel. I called Infinity Garage Doors for a quote, and they quoted me $1000 dollars. I talk to their owner, and he ensures he trust Dale Jacobs and the work. Dale Jacobs after hearing the quote (again this is their technician) begins bad mouthing the company and owner saying that the company over charges for parts, prices and other curse words directed at the company and quotes me $700 dollars and said he would give me 7 days. I will find out later Dale Jacobs is a sub-contractor to the company. In lieu of the 7th day, I checked with Dale to ensure everything was on schedule: Dale insured me he would be able to have the part installed within 7 business days. Due to lack of updates, professionalism, I informed him on the 7th and final day if he was unable to complete the service request I would require my deposit $260 dollars back, and Dale said acknowledged statement (see attached text messages). D the 7th day I requested an updated status and Dale stated, “The part is on its way to me, don’t know what time I will get it, I will let you know when I get it”, at around 11:53 am. (This again, was a conversation I had to initiate due to little feedback). I received no feedback or communication. At 4:42pm I responded to Dale asking him to confirm he would be unable to do the work, I received no response then called him to verify, and to request to refund my funds. When on the phone with Dale, he gave me the following statement “I was on my way to you, but got into a accident with my truck and that he did not know when he could see me”. I understand issues do happen and requested at minimum could he please take a picture or show any documentation that he had the part… he said he could not show any documentation. As he could not show any proof, lack of communication overall, I requested the return of my deposit. He then gave some excuse (rambling). I then said that I would write a review of my experience, and he hung up on me. And I have not heard from him since, which was yesterday. I was able to get in contact with the owner a week later and stated that Dale Jacobs is a sub-contractor that they use, and he has had previous incidents before, but yet continues to work for the company. Though overall friendly, I am most likely out of $260 dollars, and at minimum writing this review beware of future customers of this practice, and confusion. Services Rendered: Repair Garage door
