Amir made time to come out the next day, check it out, and replace my old opener with a new one at a great price. He arrived right on time and was efficient and thorough. Google5I was so impressed and grateful that Amir was able to come out the very day I called him. He was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He did a great job taking out an old broken garage door and installing a new one, even helping remove items from the garage, for access, and replacing them. I would highly recommend using him.

He arrived within 2 hours is the service call to review our needs, and completed the repair in a timely fashion. The garage is working fantastically. Google5I contacted Best Pro Services back in the beginning of April when my husband discovered tiny little ball barings on the garage floor. Considering the daily use of the garage door, we decided it'd be best to get a professional's opinion on the matter. Nancy, their receptionist, promptly put us on the schedule that day for the concerning problem. Amir arrived that afternoon and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and suggested the best long term solution. Ultimately, being the original door from when the home was built, 1955, it was time to update and make everything safe. We put in an order for a new door and received an estimated timeframe for install. I was pleasantly surprised when Nancy called recently asking to schedule us in for the install when I assumed it would be a longer wait. Amir arrived within the given arrival window and swiftly got to work. It was an all day project which was understandable especially being mostly a one person job. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up as if nothing ever happened. He took his time to do what shows as quality work resulting in a solid door and newly mounted tracks on the ceiling. He took care in crafting something that would work well and last long for our home. I'm appreciative of all he did in ensuring the install was done right. Thanks Best Pro Services and Amir, we love the end result and look forward to using the door for years to come.
