Angi5My family and I have spent the last 2 years focusing on making our house a place we can truly call home. NLT helped us add an additional 700 square feet which included a master bedroom, huge master bath, walk-in closet, 2 additional linen closets, mud room, laundry room and garage. The craftsmanship of all the work is an artistry that is hard to find anywhere. The attention to detail on every level is phenomenal. They embrace all aspects of creativity and help to bring life to fun ideas. We hired the team again to build the loft idea I had for my son’s “little man cave.” It does not disappoint. The work completed is beautiful and my son and I spend hours in the loft, reading and playing building memories that will last a lifetime. Services Rendered: Home Remodeling and Addition

Angi5Dave is so easy to work with, I now consider him a good friend. I look back at it all to my initial sketches for a garage addition to house my classic car and I even constructed a scale model. Dave skillfully translated my sketches into highly precise plans. I am absolutely delighted how it all came together. It exceeded all my expectations. The sub-contractors were all experts and had pride in their work. Danny did an excellent job with the foundation and the concrete slab. It was 12 x 37 with a perfect surface. Dave's carpenter crew displayed an enviable level of craftsmanship. They really know what they are doing. I could see they also obviously enjoyed their work and went above and beyond to accommodate any of my suggestions/requests, while offering their own clever improvements. The estimates given for all sub-contractors were well within the final costs, and overall, even though lumber prices had doubled, did not exceed the total estimate. I could not be more delighted with the result. I strongly recommend Dave Cedrone, his crew, and NLT. I would hire them again in heartbeat. Angi5Dave and his team built our living space into our dream house. The quality of the work completed was amazing. Every single contractor was super knowledgable and a subject expert. They worked seamlessly together as a team. They were very reliable and sometimes contractors worked weekends to ensure completion of tasks. They embraced my design ideas and built with true craft at the heart of it all. They were always aware of the supplies, the prices associated, the companies selling and the current markets to help us save money and identify hard to find products. I would highly recommend them. Additional Project Details: We added a Master Bedroom with Walk-in Closet, a Master Bathroom, a Mudroom, a Laundry Room and a Garage. We updated flooring internally, updated siding with Hardie Board and painted our outside brick. They completed the project fully which included drawings to full completion. Services Rendered: We added about 800 square feet to our house.

Angi5Dave is a fabulous contractor to work with, hands down. One thing very different about Dave compared to other contractors- he's always available to you by phone, text, or email from 7a-7p. I could spend a lot of words about professionalism and detail oriented, etc but trust me he's great! Not only Dave, but his team of carpenters are top notch and carry the same level of professionalism. The subs he uses are very good too. With NLT I think it's about customer service and quality of workmanship and quality of materials. No corner cutting anywhere. Obviously, in any job, there are issues and problems that arise. Dave and his team are easy to work with to fix and address any issues - whether is an install oversight or simply the wrong part came in for the job, he;'ll make sure it's right. Dave's pricing model is much different than a typical contractor who's 'bidding' on your project. Dave is your partner. You're paying him for his expertise, project management, his carpentry team and access to his subs and suppliers. So his costs are fixed for your project. The cost for the materials and subs are all pass through to the client. I am 100% sure he's not making any extra or kickbacks like other GC's do. He makes his money for his core services - AND ITS WORTH IT! Our project started as a basic addition and renovation of 2 rooms into a master suite. We ended up with a what feels and looks like a new home. The garage grew into a garage with 15x24 addition between the garage and the kitchen. We now have a killer music/office, pantry, and new laundry room. We installed new hardwood on the entire first floor. Renovated part of the kitchen (enclosed refrigerator in a custom matching cabinet enclosure), we added plumbing features in the kitchen, raised cabinets, and opened up space by removing several cabinets. People are amazed how much more open it looks. The master suite looks like it came out of a home magazine now. All very reasonable costs because we were able to control our costs by selecting the right materials for our budget and goals. The shower is 4x7, floor to ceiling subway tile with 80" glass doors and a 3-way plumbing fixture package. My wife's dream of an oversized soaking tube finally realized. It's to dream for. In case I forgot to mention they do all their own tile work and it is beautiful craftsmanship. The best feature in the bedroom is the picture window Dave helped us craft using standard windows from Pella. Not only saving money but bringing in tons of light and ambiance to the master suite. We carved out a wonderful walk-in closet perfect for the two of us. We replace the entire exterior siding and exterior doors. new gutters, Its gorgeous. I think we raised the house value on that alone. The garage is awesome 26x26 with a huge custom 20' single garage door. It's great to have so much parking room and the big door to get in and out easily. He suggested we put some attic stairs to above the garage for access to extra storage. A simple thing but it made so much sense now that I've been up and down a few times. Like I said Dave is looking at your project like it was his own home. We still have a little exterior work to finish. Dave and is foundation sub, Danny suggested we wait until warm weather in the Spring to pour the rest of the sidewalks and do the stone on the foundation. Any other contractor would have been pushing to do it, but the over riding idea was all about what would last longer and do a better job. So overall I am extremely satisified with Dave and NLT. I was unsure if had made the right decision at first since his 'estimate' was higher than the other guys. But after experiencing the entire projects, and looking at what we got for our money I think it was a great choice. I am sure we would have been 'change-ordered' to death by the other contractors we interviewed. Also they had material allowances which were far below our standards (builder grade). Dave was on target for about 95% of his estimated costs. We managed to save a few dollars using our HVAC guy (who is now Dave's new go-to HVAC firm) and doing some work ourselves (painting, landscaping, and misc items). Thanks NLT. Angi5Dave was very professional and thorough. He really cares about doing a good job and doing exactly what the customer wants. He and his crew spent a lot of time communicating with us, measuring and re-measuring for the windows and doors and making sure that the project would be just as we wanted it. He is always very quick to respond to messages and/or texts. If we need more work done, we will not call anybody else--we will go straight to Dave Cedrone and NLT! Services Rendered: 1. We had new windows and sliding doors installed, new gutters, a new garage door installed and we had a portico built for our front door.

Angi5We hired NLT's Dave Cedrone after seeing the wonderful work he was doing on our daughter's house. It was such a pleasure to work with Dave. He is always full of ideas and passionate about his work. He is happy to answer any and all questions and sincerely wants the customer to be happy. During our first discussion, I explained to Dave that our house had little to no insulation so he suggested an insulated siding. Not only does it look amazing but we immediately saw a drop in our heating bill. I also asked him about suggestions for updating our kitchen. His idea involved changing the size of two windows to add counter space. It was a brilliant idea so we had the window size changed. Dave's crew was friendly, professional and courteous. They always let me know when they would have the fence gates open so I could keep my dogs in the house. They cleaned all their debris every day. It was such a pleasure working with Dave and his crew that we hired him to renovate our kitchen a few months later. This year we hope to have him renovate our master bath. Services Rendered: NLT replaced all 16 of our single pane windows and replaced our old aluminum siding with insulated siding. Replaced garage door.

Angi5Dave was absolutely great! He really took the time on his initial visit to explain how the structure was constructed and what the options were. He brought in Freedom Overhead Doors to also consult and confirm feasibility of plan. Once we agreed on plan, Freedom Overhead custom built/installed the new doors and Dave had me pay them directly for their component of the work to keep costs down, which is not the norm when other companies use subcontractors. He and his team, as well as Freedom Overhead were absolutely phenomenal, completing the work quickly and professionally. They left things spotless after clean up. Short of rebuilding my garage, this gives me the best solution to the problem I had with clearance. Honest, professional, and superb quality, Absolutely would recommend!! Services Rendered: I have an old detached garage in the city and needed a way to widen the two entry doors to accommodate my larger vehicle. Could not actually change the width of the doorways due to the support structures/how it was constructed. Dave worked with me to come up with the best option, which ended up moving the existing door tracks outward so that my clearance was greater, gaining several inches for each door. Custom sized doors were made and installed as well. In addition, some side walls were replaced as original construction was not correct, resulting in rot

Angi5The crews for NLT have always been professional, neat, and near perfection. Dave makes sure the job is done correctly the first time. Any issues, he is responsive and resolves quickly. We have worked with NLT Construction for over ten years. We have done room additions, hallway remodels, kitchen remodel, several bathroom remodels, roofing, front porch addition, siding work, and more! This company is more than my contractor - they have become family friends. Services Rendered: Dave and NLT Construction has done many many jobs for me. Our last home, he practically rebuilt. Our current home, we did an extensive master bath/bed/closet remodel and added closets in our hallway and basement den area.
