I have old stone home garage doors that swing out (barn style). I was getting tired of running around opening the doors so I started looking into installing an automatic opener. I had received a quote from another overhead door company which I felt was crazy, almost $3,000. I called a few other companies who indicated they couldn't install an opener on my type of doors. Somehow, I found Schultz Overhead Door and had Michael Schultz come out to give me an estimate. He was a really nice guy and indicated he would ''give it a try'', and if he wasn't able to get it to work right, he wouldn't charge me. His price I thought was extremely reasonable. Anyway, he was out the next week, and the install went great. He custom created a couple bars which would push out both doors at the same time. It works absolutely great.
