Google5My 30 year old main spring snapped at 5pm, and Precision Door was here at 8am the very next morning to repair it. They were very courteous and professional, telling me what they needed to do ahead of time, giving us three prices on repair plus warranty levels, and carefully measuring and preparing for the job of replacing the main spring. After replacement and balancing the door, they instructed on maintaining the new spring. We are so fortunate we chose Precision. Our repair is like having a brand new door! We highly recommend Precision!

Google5Matt was absolutely great!! He called ahead to come earlier than scheduled since he didn’t have any earlier appointments, which worked out great for me! He assessed my door and had an estimate within 15 minutes. Gave me three different options depending on what I wanted fixed. I went ahead and upgraded all of the moving parts on the garage along with the broken spring that he had came for. It’s so much quieter now and he was very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

Google5I would definitely recommend Antonio. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about garage door issues. He had everything on his truck needed to replace my garage door motor and he finished the service in about an hour. He explained how everything worked and showed me how to maintain it. Thank you for great service at a fair price.

Google5I was not familiar with Precision Garage Door Service but was in a pinch and the previous company I worked with was not immediately available. I ended up needing a new door and motor and Precision was extremely easy to work with. Their communication, scheduling and pricing were excellent and they were early for the initial consult. When I made the decision on a new door, I expected to have to wait a week to get on their calendar. They installed the new door and motor on the same day. Very impressed with their service and communication and highly recommend!

Google3We had a gate opener installed. Staff very friendly. Took a week plus to get the opener and whatever else they needed to install the system. Had to call them back out. Then took about a week plus a few days to actually finish the install.. then had to cal them back out because the antenna wasn’t good enough. Cost is way too high. I will have to replace a makeshift foam gate stopper that was installed with a more professional look.. overall I give them a 6 out of 10…

Google5Had an amazing experience with Precision Doors. From getting an estimate to getting the actual door installed. Sean came out today 7/9/25 and installed my door within a few hours and did it alone! He is as professional as they come and was personable and super friendly. His workmanship is impeccable. I couldn't be happier with the door. They earned my business today for sure. Will certainly refer Precision door and definitely recommend them.
