Google1It took several calls for someone to come out and replace the spring on a small 12' commercial door. The first set of guys came out and measured and said they had to order a new spring. When the new spring arrived a second set of guys came out and said the previous guys ordered the wrong size and they would have to reorder a new one. When that spring arrived a third set of guys came out and fixed the spring (it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes per invoice). However, they charged us $835.00 for trip and labor charges and another $527.00 for an overpriced spring. You do not need 6 guys to replace a spring. DO NOT USE THEM.

Google5We had an emergent commercial overhead door spring issue that we had no expertise on site for, reached out to the gang at OHD Co and THAT DAY they had two techs come and let us know what was going on - offered a temp solution and quoted the permanent fix all same day... GREAT effort and efficiency! Thank you to the team - highly recommend!!!

Google5Excellent job! Mark Rogers came to my house to analyze what needed to be done, and I made an appointment to have a new garage door installed. Nick and Mickey came to do the work. They were done in about two hours. Everyone I dealt with at Overhead Door is efficient and professional. I highly recommend their work.

Google5We had an emergency repair needed on our receiving door. It was around 4pm and we close at 6. Hunter at Jackson took my call and immediately dispatched Devin from Chelsea. Devin arrived at about 5 pm and completed the repairs by about 6pm. Devin was very clear in communication regarding the needed repairs and did an excellent job with our repair, and he did it in a very timely manner. We appreciate Jackson overhead door company and the awesome employees there that came through for us today and for our past needs.

Google5Overhead Door of Battle Creek did an excellent installation job for us. I'm a construction manager and to have a contractor show up and know what they're doing is a huge plus for me- I don't have to worry about their product, their installation methods, and their professional workmanlike manner. If I had questions, the questions were answered. Bear in mind that 16 overhead garage doors were installed on my project- large enough for heavy equipment such as semi- tractors...with trailers attached. My team was very pleased and impressed. Clay, Trevor and Ryan hit some major home runs for us. I wish I could bring them to every job site I manage- trust me.

Google5Awesome company. So easy to deal with. I called for an estimate. Mark came out that day, which was very nice. He is very friendly, honest and professional. He quoted me on the spot. He didn't upsell me nor was pushy. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I was very impressed with Mark, I hired him the very next day. What impressed me the most is when I call Mark he always answered his phone. He answered every question that I had. He was very helpful in picking out the right garage door opener. Their website has many to chose from. He gave me the best. He scheduled my service the very next day. Most companies have a 1-2 week timeframe. Thank you!! Time for the install: The gentleman that came was very good. From start to finish he did an awesome job. He was very organized, clean an did a great job. He even had to modify how the garage door motor was placed on the ceiling. My old one didn't have the proper bracket. When he installed the new one he mounted a solid bracket. He programmed all 3 remotes and a keypad unit. You only get 2 remotes with your unit, but I bought another one on the spot. This tech had everything. He trained me on how the motor works, left all the instructions, warranty and cleaned up. I'm very impressed with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an installation or repair with a great price. Their prices were lower than all the other companies. Some companies are a total rip off. I support local businesses and that is who I hired. Also to add, thier motors are super quiet. WOW, night and day from my old unit to this one. Thanks!! Customer for life. I will spread the word.

Angi2Failed to keep me informed regarding the fact they would be late and I had to call them to find out what the status of our appointment was. I cancelled the service request and am rescheduling with an Angie's list A+ pro for less than the estimated $400.00+ by Battle Creek Door. Services Rendered: Had an appointment set 1+ week in advance, they never called to say they would be late and the installation cost was 3 times that of local competition that had a A+ rating on Angie's list.
