I give 5stars yo the technician Jessie he was excellent and finally fixed my door. I can not say the same about any other staff. They have no communication skills. After i called the first time i was told Tuesday the tech would be there. He came and told us that needed a part and he didn't have it wasn't sure if needed to order it or if available in another truck, that he would call me next day. 2 days later i had to call the office back to ask what had happened and was told a tech was scheduled to come today. No one ever called to inform us anything. “within an hour “she said and then i get a call asking if i still needed the service, REALLY?

Really good company! I have a garage door I bought from them a few years ago and couldn't be happier. My elderly parents have a door they bought from them 20yrs ago. My parents door needed service this past week and Overhead Door showed up the next business day at 8am and had it fixed in minutes. Really makes my life easier!

No Stars would be better suited for Overhead Door Company of Beaumont, call another Door Company not this one. The receptionist are very unprofessional and rude. The actual work that was done at my house was not satisfactory. They wont be coming back. Treat customers with respect. Have the technicians call the customer when they are on the way. Do quality work and people will come back.

Liars. Waited on technicians for 4 days and was no showed every time. When I called to inquire about services everyone I spoke to acted like I was inconveniencing them. I called Action Overhead door after getting the runaround from Overhead Door of Beaumont and Action Overhead is sending someone out same day. I highly advise anyone needing work done on any kind of overhead door to take your business anywhere other than Overhead Door of Beaumont. LIARS.

Got a tension spring replaced on my cargo trailer ramp door today here. Guys that did the work were very professional and knowledgeable. Pulled up when they opened and was leaving in 30 min. Only problem was the $168.00 labor charge for the 20 minute job. Thought that was a little steep for the work involved.

We just had a great experience with Overhead Door of Beaumont and their technicians Matt and Trace. After I backed into part of our garage door (whoops..), we called Overhead Door and they had someone out the same day. The technicians were able to knock the beams and wheel back into place so it functioned until our replacement panel comes in. He made sure the job was to our satisfaction before leaving, and even programmed the HomeLink in my car for me in a matter of seconds. So, thank you Overhead Door for keeping our garage door working in a matter of hours. We appreciate you!

Been with overhead door since I became a homeowner & they always deliver the BEST service ever. My garage door was busted at the beginning of the Quarantine period and I waited this long to have it serviced in pursuant to stay home, save lives. Being On call at the hospital, having a working garage is an added safety feature most especially being called at the middle of the night or very early morning. Called them for appointment, they arrived at the exact time they promised (in fact, a little bit early) , fixed my garage in no time and what a blessing ...they did not charge me a single dime!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, GOD BLESS.

My garage door cracked and broke, so I gave Overhead Door a call and spoke to Mrs. Vicky. She was very nice, listened to what I had to say, and set a time for the next day, that a salesman would come out. Sure enough the next day, I get a text and a phone call from the salesman (which is very convenient), That he was on his way to my home. Once he arrived, he explained all of the different door styles, colors, and options. John was very knowledgeable, about all of their products. I was sold when he gave me a quote within 10 minutes on the spot. He was very flexible with the time and day I wanted it to be installed. Within one week, Jorge came to install the new door, track system and supports. And to Also add a garage door motor to my rear garage Door, which did not have one. Jorge was very professional and courteous to my home, garage and surrounding areas. He removed the old door, installed the new one, and the new motor on the rear garage door in a very timely manner. Once he finished, he swept and cleaned up all of the debris and trash. He left my garage the way he found it. I wouldn't go with any other garage door company! These are truly professional people, quality material, and outstanding service!!!

I have used Overhead Door of Beaumont several times in the past----- and recently as well. They have always done an excellent job, and I have never had a problem with them. I feel that they have been very professional and reliable. Services Rendered: I used Overhead Door Company Of Beaumont for my recent garage door repair. They replaced the motor and some other parts of my garage door. The technician was very prompt and professional. My garage door is now working great!

We had a big steel door with steel tracks and everything and Overhead Door Company Of Beaumont put in an alluminium door with alluminium tracks on it and we have had constant trouble with it. They came out several times and put the tracks back and it comes off the tracks and the little rollers fall out of it, so we have been in discussions with them and I have tried to talk to their owner but I can't get him to respond to me. It has broken 7 times and they have charged us several times to come and fix it and this time we refused to pay it and we said that they have to fix it. This leaves our garage door half open and broken all weekend so it is a little scary when this happens. We have all of our stuff that we brought from the middle east in there. I have not been happy with their service but they came back this past week and didn't charge us, they put the door back on and put the tracks back on and we told them that our son had taken pictures of how they fixed it the last time, so if there is any problem, we have documented. Their prices were very expensive. If they want to call me and speak to me, I would be very happy to do that. I would not have a new door put in by them, I would have them repair this door but I won't pay them to fix it. Services Rendered: Overhead Door Company Of Beaumont replaced our door.

From start to finish this is a company that is easy to work with, everyone from the person that answers the phone to the guys that did the installation are friendly, professional and competent. Services Rendered: Hurricane damaged garage door, Overhead Door took down old door and replaced new with a new one.
