Google5We had a garage door spring break and they were able to come and get it fixed for a very reasonable price the very next day. All other companies in the area said there was a weeks wait. Couldn’t recommend enough - all the staff was amazing!

Google3Good work... terrible communication! We have used them in the past, and they have been good. However, this last time, we never received a confirmation email/text/phone call about when they were coming out. So, when they showed up, we, of course, were not ready for them. Which somehow became our fault. Now they say they won't reschedule and come back out. Meanwhile, we have a broken garage door, that we can't use. So much for servicing your installs. So... if you can get them to communicate with you or have time to stay home all the time waiting for them to possibly show up....and actually get the work done.. it should be good. However, good luck on getting a confirmation message that they'll be there.

Google1Product quality is likely great, but we will never know. After my husband gave up on getting a call back, I called and talked to Charley about dropping off a check and finalizing color. I was told Jackie would be in the office from 8-2. I drove 40 minutes from Anacortes with my 2 kids in tow, showed up at 9:15 and no one was there. I waited for 20 min, called, emailed, left messages- nothing. When Jackie called me back 3 hours later, she said she had to run a part out to someone, and someone would call me back about what happened. Of course no one called me back. Company likely has a great product, but poor communication among office staff.

Google5My husband and I are very pleased with the service, value and work that was done by Mt Baker Overhead Garage Doors. They were prompt and timely in scheduling, accommodating with scheduling, arrived on time and fixed our garage door so it now runs perfectly! I love that they charge a very reasonable ($89 currently) flat service fee whether it is 15 minutes or 2 hours, so you don't have to worry about being overcharged on time. The service technician who came out was a little rough around the edges and not overly friendly but he knew what he was doing and got the job done which ultimately is what really matters. We will definitely refer friends to this company and use them again if the need arises!
