Google5They are fantastic. They have come out over the years to service our garage door and opener. They are always courteous and go above and beyond. They even took a call from me in fire season as I asked how to switch from the electric setting to the manual in case we had to evacuate. They are friendly, helpful, and really listen. Like I said, they go above and beyond to provide repairs and service we can trust. I really respect them as a company and know we are in good hands when a repair is needed. So refreshing to work with them.

Google5Really impressed with this company. Kyler was very knowledgable & helpful, finding a creative solution to fix my tenant’s garage door so I didn’t have to replace it with a brand new one. And the front desk coordinator was very helpful & professional in scheduling and setting up the appointment. Will very likely use Garage Harmony again in the future for repairs & garage door maintenance.

Google5Kayler was here promptly this morning, and did an excellent job of changing out our 3 garage door springs and doing an overall service and tuning in the door mechanics, working the best now in years. Kayler is a perfectionist in his trade, we appreciate his work on our project. Garage Harmony had the parts/springs needed in stock....other places I called did not. I highly recommend Garage Harmony, Bend

Google5Ran into a snafu with a contractor that ordered me a new door / motor and didn't know how to install the motor. Garage Harmony was able to come by and determine the issues with the contractor's overall order and salvage the project and get the motor successfully installed. I wish I had hired them from the get-go for this portion of the garage upgrade. Save yourself the hassle and go with the pros when it comes to an electric door! I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and communication - highly recommend.

Google5I had come home to a broken coil on my garage door and so I searched on Google for a repair service. I called 2 other places but one just wanted me to leave a voicemail...ugh and the other couldn't help for at least 5 days. When I called Garage Harmony the operator picked up quickly, took my info and had my appointment ready for 2 hours later. I was so happy to be able to get it done the same day. Michael, the repairman, came in and got to work. He greased and oiled everything so it would be less noisy which wasn't even part of the repair. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company and when I need to do any work or repairs in the future I know who to call now.
