I had very little wait time from the time I placed the service call. Scheduling was made very easy. Within 45 minutes, the technicians were fixing the broken spring on our garage door. I appreciated their thorough work and explanation of the work they completed. All employees I interacted with were very friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Billings Overhead Door Company!

Dan and the crew are exceptional at customer service and products. I love the garage door they installed. It's was fast and affordable. Truly appreciate the care they put into the project. They quote one price then pad the bill by almost 3 times. Not up front about the charges. If you complain they are rude and give many Excuses as to why they charged you so much. They changed 2 cables on my garage door and billed me $286.00 Cables cost anywhere on line for $16.00. They quoted $92.00 to come Then charged me a commercial rate.of $170.00 They were here only 47 minutes. They're excuse was it was They're commercial crew that came out not They're residential crew. Of course they NEVER mentioned that when they had the crew come by. They said they had a stop in my area and that they could come by my house on the way to their other appointment. In my opinion that was an excuse to charge me more.I was quoted $150.00 by other companies but they had a back log of 3 weeks, I told the representative on the phone that and she said no problem it would only be $92.50 for an hour.I'm an elderly woman living in Social Security I feel they are targeting elderly people to rip them off.My advice DONT USE THEM EVER !!!

Called and scheduled to repair an overhead door and was told 10 days. called back after 2 weeks and informed we were not put on the schedule. Employee answering the phone was very indifferent and could care less. Wont be using them again

Built houses up in Rehberg Ranch since 2003. Used them for 19 years. Their garage doors and openers are top quality and their service is excellent. Had a repair today 1/20/2022 replacing a damaged panel took them 15 min and they lubricated serviced both garage doors. They gaurentee all their work and the costs are very reasonable

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Billings Overheard Door Monday morning and they had two very polite, professional young men at my house within two hours. It was replaced in half an hour with no fuss and no mess. Very impressed.

Our garage door was making a terrible noise when it was going up or down. It was always very quiet up until then. My wife called the office at 5:10 pm and the boss was still there. The next day he was here and at 2:00 that afternoon we had a very quiet door again! Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!

The repairman arrived 2 hours early with no heads up call to check my garage door. Told me the sensor was set too low (they're the ones who set it the last time). I asked if my hinges needed lubrication and was told his lubricant didn't work in cold weather. He then used MY WD40 and CHARGED ME FOR THE LUBRICANT! The total bill was over $100, and the guy was only there for 10 minutes!!! Not using them again.

Don't bother with this company. I had Katie come to my house to look at my job. Everything went fine until I didn't get a quote the next day as promised. When I called to check on it she couldn't remember who I was. When the quote came 3 days later I called to order the door. After waiting almost 4 weeks I called to check on the status of my order. Nothing could be found in the computer and I was told my door was never ordered. Four weeks down the drain! I told them to forget it, that I was going to go with someone more competent and more reliable.

Scheduled them to come fix my garage door and I didnt hear from them for 2 weeks. When I called back, they sent someone over immediately and proceeded to call me a liar on the information I previously rendered to them. Once all of that was clear and out of the way, they told me it was going to be another month ... So I told him to go home and called alpha overhead doors and they were there immediately and fixed it the same day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
