Google5I’ve used midland mechanical/ Stevens brothers for over 10 years. They have always responded immediately and stood by their work! Their employees, from the office to the plumbers in the field have been outstanding. Today’s workers Peyton, Dustin, and Paul, once again did not disappoint me! Well done!!

Google3I really like the plumber assigned to our project and he did a great job, but ended up taking a lot longer/much more expensive than anticipated. Also didn’t appreciate the office lady’s unprofessional attitude, rudeness, and lack of customer service.

Google1I called to ask for a service man to bleed the lines on my boiler heat system. 3 hours later at $100 an hour, the service man Bill is asking why do you have so much air in your lines?… I still have the same issue. Service man left saying you do not want to pay me $100 to bleed your lines. My initial call to the company was to bleed the lines not to ask me why I have air in them. I will do it myself.

Google1Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. The day before the schedule appointment they called and asked if they can schedule for a week later I said sure. The day before the rescheduled appointment they called again and said they couldn't make it and asked if they could reschedule again for the next day, ok. The next day comes and they never showed up or even a phone call. If they didn't want the job they could have just said no we don't want to do it they could at least have the professional courtesy to call.

Google5I’m impressed with Midland Mechanical’s next day installation. My AC quit in july during an extreme heat wave! The tech informed me that it will need to be replaced since freon doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to replace it the same day, no waiting! Thanks again

Google5Pete did a quick and Thorough Job. I told the dispatcher they needed 4WD. Pete brought up a 3/4 ton but said if he had brought the usual vans, altho 4WD, Probably wouldn't have made it. He's a well mannered, country Boy, that repairmen NEED to be!! Even got out of his truck to thank me for moving my truck so he could get down the Better side of Driveway! They NEED to make MORE like him

Google1Horrible service. The guy that serviced our rental property did a horrid job leaving a hole in the wall and left the drain in the bathroom not functioning. He overcharged for 2 hours to replace a faucet which is rediculous. He also broke a personal property item of one of our renters. All in all, completely unprofessional and WAY over charged. Will never do business again with this company.
