Google5Chase was excellent to work with and we were very happy with our windows and doors. The installers were also very courteous and did a great job. Would highly recommend Pella, Chase, and the installers.

Google5My Pella sliding glass door and screen is 22 years old. The door was very hard to slide and the spring in the screen had popped out. The two men that arrived to fix it were right on time. They got to work immediately and worked quickly for 50 minutes to get my door all fixed up and running smoothly. They had all the parts needed on their truck so it was all taken care of in that timeframe. They were courteous but we’re clearly there to get the job done. I was very impressed because as of late most customer service that I have received has been non existent or terrible. I would highly recommend Pella and their team.

Google5Very professional from order through install. Everyone was knowledgeable about project from start to finish. The sliding door is beautiful and my only wish is that I'd done it sooner.

Google2They pushed out nails through the wall so there are holes along bottom of window. I had to pay quite a bit more to get outside done. I think for the price, they should completely finish the job.I have the blinds between the glass and don't like the sun shining through all the gaps. I wish I had gotten a plain window and bought my own blind. The window itself is perfect

Google1Installer was supposed to come back and Culk after install. Never showed up. They also do not fill nail holes. Very expensive windows for below average service.
