It was a pleasure dealing with the people at Pate and Co. from beginning to end. The estimator worked closely with me to make their estimate match my insurance estimate as closely as possible, even while adjustments were still being made to both. Once the work started, it proceeded smoothly and quickly. Pate's employees and their subcontractors did very good quality work and stayed in good communication with me. The parts of my house they worked on are better now than before, and they took care to make sure I was satisfied with every detail before we called the job done. As a new homeowner who was hit with a catastrophe I didn't know how to deal with, and after suffering bad experiences with other contractors before I found Pate, I felt I had a true friend in the rebuilding process in Pate and Co. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar work. Services Rendered: After my house was hit by a tornado, I contracted Pate and Co. to repair the extensive damage. Repairs included replacing windows and siding, replacing the garage door, rebuilding a fence, patching holes through an exterior wall, and interior painting.
