Had a new opener installed to replace a busted unit that was so old it didn’t even have the safety sensors. Fair price for the new unit and good service! When my opener goes out I’ll give them a call. I would recommend using them.

My garage was messed up because my dad was backing up and mom pressed the button so the garage was bent and wire disconnected or something, but we thought we’d have to buy another door. I tried calling other companies but the costumer service and deals were great and efficient! See above. Services Rendered: We contacted Dove Door to get pricing to replace an old garage door. The sales rep came out quickly after called. We liked the price and the selection of doors, so we placed our order and gave him a downpayment (50% of total). He told us the door would arrive in about 4-6 weeks and they would call us to schedule installation after it was received. Since we hadn't heard from them in that time frame, we called and they did some checking and found out the door would arrive the following week, so they went ahead and scheduled the installation. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the WRONG DOOR. They asked us if we wanted to keep the door which they were sent and we told them absolutely not; we wanted the door we had selected. The door was re-ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. Installation was excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome, although it did take a good bit longer than anticipated.

The first time we called we were told to clean the beams as that is often the only problem. They did not want us to have to pay for a service call if we could correct the minor problem ourselves. We really appreciated their trying to save us money. However, when cleaning didn't work a service call was made to adjust the beams. He also tightened the door as it was too loose. Services Rendered: Our garage door would not close most of the time. We knew that the beams on the two sides were not operating correctly but we could not adjust them.

The thing that stands out the most about them is their promptness getting out here, especially because I had some place to go to. They were out the next day or that afternoon; I cannot remember now. They were really good. I had used them before; I think I had gotten the door from them. They did a good job, and they were not overly pricey for me to pay for the work. They could not open the door until the spring was replaced, so they had to go inside the garage, and since the cars were in there, they did not have enough room to work in, but they got it done. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary. Services Rendered: The spring on the garage door had broken, and it would not go up. I could not get the cars out, so I used Dove Overhead Door to come and replace the spring.
