This is a predatory company who took advantage of my elderly mother. She did not know what she was signing as she is legally blind and has Alzheimer's. She cannot afford $*****0 windows. Why would a salesman push that on someone who is dependent on social security?

We purchased several Anderson window products in March 2021, totaling $******. The portion of our order that was made correctly is great and the installers were great (!), but the person who did the ordering mis-ordered the other portion and was extremely rude and hard to deal with when we wanted it re-ordered to fit correctly. We are STILL waiting for our job to be completed, 2 months after our final payment was cashed, and no one will answer our emails. There is a lot more to this incident, but let me just say that the product is wonderful but the customer service is abysmal once they have received all of their money.
